Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Flemingsburg

I’ve been visiting this Dairy Queen for many years when shopping in the Maysville area.. usually on my drive back home, I stop in and order for the road trip.. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the food they serve or their service… Yesterday, was on one of those trips… I don’t think I’ve tasted a Cheeseburger so fresh, so delicious in a very long while…wow! It was fabulous!…..Usually, I’ve always ordered their chicken baskets, potato wedges, they are the Best, ice cream phenomenal and their Ice water with lemon, so very refreshing…but yesterday, for my trip, I decided on a Cheeseburger…..I see why they have non—stop customers at their drive—thru and inside, the restaurant is always filled with customers waiting for their orders.. I was saying to my Mama, yesterday evening when I dropped off her order… I think the difference in their Dairy Queen and all others, is because they truly Care, about their Customers, the quality of food they serve… it isn’t any surprise, they’re always busy…To The Management Team, the very kind, courteous Associates….. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! THEY DON'T RECOGNIZE POINTS or give points for purchases at this location.. THEY ALSO DON'T RECOGNIZE THE (FREE BLIZZARD WHEN THEY DON'T FLIP YOUR BLIZZARD) !!!!!!!! I ordered in drive thru, stated I had points I wanted to use ony order, they said ok, sure.. I get to window & they said oh we don't accept points here. Ok!! Then they hand my blizzard to me without flipping it. I said if you don't flip it your policy is that the next ones free. 1st the so called manager says oh that's for dine in only, then when questioned she says oh we don't honor that POLICY here at this location!! That's what Dairy Queens known for and I have never seen a menu inside Dairy Queen that doesn't have that policy on it.. not to honor it is one thing, but to lie and change your story is another. That's what was really so upsetting!!!! Needless to say we will never come back to this location and I will spread...

I always loved dairy queen. Grew up with it. Went there today and my daughter ordered her dad a shake, her self a blizzard and her sister a blizzard. We stood there and waited like normal. We watched everyone around us get their orders, watched some people bring theirs back because their blizzards were runny. Still we waited on ours.. a half hr went by and we got asked once if anyone had taken ours but instead of making it then they went on to make other people's that arrived after us. This was 4 o'clock in the afternoon. We got our money back and went to wendys to get frostys instead. I hope that it's not like that all the time and maybe we just went in there on a bad day...
