I used to order take out from here regularly!!! However, today I called to order one of my kids' favorites, Veggie Lo Meijer with chicken, and I was very rudely replied to with a "We don't do that." When I expressed that I was more than willing to pay an up charge for the chicken I was again told that they cannot add chicken to the veggie lo mein. So I asked to order chicken lo mein with broccoli, peapods and carrots added. Only to be told "I've already told you 3 times that we don't do that." Very rudely. The owner proceeded to be rude and I ordered my food anyway thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. When I arrived to pick up my food, she told me that she wasn't meaning to be rude but I needed to understand that they don't do that (although I've ordered my lo mein this way multiple times in the past). I expressed as much to her and told her that she needed to tell her staff, because I've never had an issue. She, confusing me with my sister in law, proceeds to yell and tell me that I've been told multiple times and that at her institution the customer is not always right! She also expressed that I could take my business elsewhere because she didn't care to hear my thoughts on how she treated customers or ran her business. 1st time ordering & I have to say it was really good. I ordered through door dash & it came delivered hot which is not the usual when ordering from other places through door dash. Pictured is Orange Chicken & Shrimp fried rice. My roommate got Sesame Chicken & Chicken fried rice. Both were really good. Egg rolls were delicious & better than Golden Moon's on Miller rd where we usually order from but they're not on door dash. I guess if I had to say anything negative, there was only about 6 or 7 Shrimp layed on top of the fried rice & not mixed in. This might be because it comes with the combination dinner. A regular order probably has more. And another good thing is it was pretty good portion. We couldn't eat it all & have enough for tomorrow night. We will definitely be ordering again!

St.Patricks day. So Sunday March 17th 2024. We walked in and we were chatting with the counter lady telling her it was the first time coming in, there was three women dinning in and everyone was so happy and said we were gonna love the food. However the food we recieved and the food those other lady's recieved must have been completely different. Never have I EVER loaded food back up and taken it back. But I did that day. We order 3 sweet and sour chickens with chicken fried rice, a quart of chicken fried rice, a thing of szechuan chicken. All of the chicken in everything we ordered was slimy chewy rubber. Rice was over cooked, so everything just kinda seemed like it was cooked repeatedly. Almost like they were grandmas last weeks left overs kinda feel to it. Gave three stars not one because I called them immediately after getting home and realizing we were NOT going to be eating what we purchased. They didn't give me a hard time what so ever over the phone nor once we got there to return the food. So service is great, atmosphere was great the people that were dinning in were happy customers.
