Where do I begin? You hear the name of this place and think MEXICAN not ITALIAN . Don't worry I wasn't expecting olive garden standards by was expecting to find a nice family owned Italian restaurant that had some good food hidden in Flint. I walk in and I am basically redirected to a sports bar??? Sports memorabilia everywhere not one touch of Italy unless you count the poster in the waiting area. I could easily look past the atmosphere but it made me laugh. The food was terrible. I have no other word for it. My waitress seemed to be the only one out of like 7 that was working and had a 15 top and many tables. I was given no attention that was very needed. My salad, you're not supposed to have to hand cut the block of cheese and the whole sliced ham by yourself the olives were so dry and abundant I didn't eat my salad. I held my hand up for ten minutes saying excuse me to any worker I could and was ignored. I actually walked up to the bar to get what I needed. I ordered a pizza the only thing it had going for it was the crust I will say they got that right...very right. However it looked like the cook had forgot to put NY toppings on u til after the pizza was cooked so he just dumped loads of raw toppings on my Pizza. We literally filled a plate of raw tomatoes from our pizza because we couldn't eat it, it was gross! And then all the water from the tomatoes soaked our pizza. I watched waitresses sit down with friends eating their food with then and taking pictures....while I am in need of service even if I wasn't that's not classy. I sat at my booth waiting to write this review and I literally only ate the bread they gave us. Would never ever recommend to anyone or come here again. Get your business...

I've been going here since I can remember grew up going here I've taken my wife and kids here the food has always been good service is hit and miss especially now days waiters are becoming more and more overwhelmed due to inflation and making the same amount of money now as they did 5 years ago I understand how waitstaff can be bad there's good ones and bad ones through no fault of the establishment (usually) the restaurant is dated its looked the same since I was a kid (I'm 39) but again times are tough for any family owned business and updates are off the charts expensive labor costs and material costs are out of control with all that said this is still and I hope always will be a great place to get good food over the years ive most likely had just about everything on the menu oh and the cheese (muenster? I think)on the antipasto has always been huge as long as ive been alive it has been exactly the same without a single change and its delicious if you get a bad server finish your night don't give a tip let management know (same goes for food issues they will make it right) be honest about the situation and then go back again after a few weeks see how it goes if you get a good server tip well they deserve every penny . Servers know (or should know) how they do based on there tip 0-10% bad 20%+ good
Oh and I'm not a server and I don't work in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family and I went to Latina for dinner. There was three other tables with couples in the room as well as us. We waited 45 minutes until the waitress came to ask us for our order. She was frustrated with only two working the room. One woman ran the bar, which had no one, but did have people coming in for pickup orders. She was assisting with pick up orders plus had the three tables. Why assist the one working at the bar no one was seated at the bar. This continued. We talked and waited for her. However I felt she could have spent five minutes getting our orders then assist with pickup. When she finally came over upon my son motioning her to come over. She was rude and frustrated. When she asked me what I wanted. I replied lasagna. She proceeded to say that we had to order the family lasagna. I didnāt understand what she meant. She proceeded to get more upset insisting we order the same thing. She stared getting really insistent and rude. Itās as if she didnāt want to wait on us at all. She was frustrated and wanted us to leave. Well we did. I have never been treated so rudely in a restaurant. Ever. We left the restaurant immediately. We proceeded to Tia Litia down the road, which was very busy. However, we were greeted, seated, waited on within 15 minutes of arriving. What the difference? Positive and friendly wait staff.. Latinas need to clean up the staff. For this experience was so...
