Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Flint

I bought a large hot & ready at this Little Caesars on Richfield Rd in Flint. Sunday, July 28, 2024. Upon arrival I went to the counter and asked the lady clerk for a hot & ready large. She said it would be around an 8 minute wait. She is the only employee there. I said okay no problem. I was thinking I am getting a fresh pizza cooked (baked). After I received my pepperoni pizza checked it in my car. It was a bit overdone and slightly burnt. So gross. I hate an overdone pizza. I did not go back in and complain or ask for a new pizza. She was the only one working at that location. I ate only two slices. The other 6 slices I tossed into the trash. The quality is two stars at best. Short of help everywhere. Too bad the pizzas are not on a timer to avoid the pizzas from being overdone. Just a suggestion for better customer service and satisfaction. I have not been back to that Little Caesar's location. Can't get that burnt pizza taste out from my mouth. Won't be seeing the $5 dollar hot & ready large pepperoni pizza ever again. I highly doubt it... $7.41 now (includes tax). I have this feeling the prices will go up again soon. $7.41 to $9.41. A $2 dollar...

The lady was very rude to me from the beginning of my order until the end today and waved me off when I ask to have parmesan and butter on my pizzas. When I got the pizzas the crust was burned and no parmesan or butter. I wrote a note to give to her because when I call the store four times to discuss the matter then hung up all four times after being on hold for an extended time. I never took the note back to the store just chopped it up as oh well God see all. I am very rich my Father owns everything so I want for nothing in this world but Respect and that doesn't cost anything. The gentleman that work that day rushed me as well. I try saying thank very much and have a nice day he ignored me cut me short and asked a waiting customer if he could help him. I ordered my family's dinner using the Little Caesar's app. on July 10th 2020. The order was placed at approximately 8:30pm, at 10:00pm my order still hadn't been delivered. I called to find out what the problem was and to find out if I could pick it up and was told "No, because the delivery driver is on his way." Around 10:30pm my order still hadn't arrived and I called to speak to a manager, he told me his name was Devon. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me that I could come pick up my order and he would write my name down in a book so that my order would be replaced in full the next time I ordered. I attempted to replace my order today July 14th 2020. I was told that my name did NOT appear in the book and that the manager "Devon" doesn't even exist and that my order would NOT be replaced.
