I recently had the pleasure of trying the chicken Katsu at this restaurant, and I must say, it was definitely different from the traditional dish. However, this unique twist on the classic was a delightful surprise. The chicken Katsu was bursting with flavor, and I couldn't help but appreciate the boldness of the chef's creativity. It was truly a memorable experience, and I would rate it a solid 10/10.
Moving on to the teriyaki chicken, I was once again blown away by the impeccable taste. The flavors were perfectly balanced, creating a harmonious blend that left me craving for more. The tender chicken, coated in the luscious teriyaki sauce, was an absolute delight to my taste buds. I would undoubtedly give it a perfect score of 10/10.
The mac salad served alongside these delectable dishes was also a standout. The chef's attention to detail was evident in every bite. The macaroni was perfectly cooked, and the salad was expertly mixed with just the right amount of seasoning. It was a refreshing and satisfying addition to the meal, served to perfection. I couldn't have asked for a better accompaniment.
Aside from the outstanding food, I must commend the restaurant on their exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Their warm and inviting demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable. The restaurant was spotless, and the ambiance was inviting. It created a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the culinary journey.
Overall, my experience at this restaurant was nothing short of fantastic. The chicken Katsu, teriyaki chicken, and mac salad were all exceptional in their own right. The customer service was top-notch, and the cleanliness of the establishment was commendable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a unique twist on traditional dishes, served with utmost care and attention. It truly deserves a...
Read moreHad a great first visit. Planned on coming every time passing thru Florence. Staff was great. However the last two visits, not so much. Out of main items both times. Came shortly before closing this time, but the other visit was much earlier in the day and they were still out of several things. Staff not as helpful. Order was super skimpy on the sauce so when I popped back in to ask for a little more they said there was a charge, which I thought was excessive considering the price, but agreed to pay it bc the meal needed it. Meanwhile the clock struck 8 while we were speaking and they wouldn’t even sell it at that point. They def could have put some sauce in a cup for me. Experience didn’t sit right with me. This decline doesn’t bode well for the business.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: I will never be back now with this snarky reply. I hope all take note. There were several errors in your reply. When you sell mostly chicken pork and hamburger and you are out of half the chicken, all pork and mango cheesecake that’s not two little items. I stated this was not the first visit where you were out of things as well. Also the worker DID REFUSE to sell us the sauce so that’s a lie. We wouldn’t even have needed more if it had had what it was supposed to come with. The rice had none at all on it and the chicken had very little. Lastly we DID NOT eat inside as we knew they were trying to close. We took our food immediately to the car. Don’t appreciate the nastiness from your business. You could have just apologized for the rough experience instead of listening to the lies and excuses from your teen staff. So much for...
Read moreFirst time experience was a good one! The flower show brought me into Florence so when it was time to eat the Aloha was picked! This is a unique burger joint that seems to have a Hawaiian touch to the food. The menu was simple and burgers, chicken, & fries along with some other specials and meals. I went with a double patty burger. The burger is served up with a pineapple slice, lettuce, tomatoes, and a signature sauce that I found to be very good, similarities to chick Fila sauce in my opinion. The one other thing to mention was the Hawaiian way seems to use a teriyaki blend, this was on the burger as well. I had no problems with the establishment and honestly not too much I can think of that I cam warn or complain about. I will say the drinks selection is limited to about 3 or 4 flavors and they only offer cans. The place seemed rather small however it did seem like it had more room I didn't go check so idk! Lastly the cooks and the cashier all had smiles and seemed happy, and I surely love when people greet you in a good mood! I have given this food place the 5 start treatment. I would recommend...
