I ended up near a Biscuitville when I had an extra hour before a training class. I was not sure of what to get since I hadn’t been to one before and decided on the breakfast platter with eggs, bacon, and a hash brown. It came with a biscuit and I also ordered a side of the sausage gravy. The biscuit was good, nothing great but it wasn’t bad. It was fluffy. It was soft, but it also didn’t have much flavor to it. The eggs were bland. I did appreciate that they weren’t overcooked and ultra rubbery, and if they had been maybe on a sandwich or something the other flavors would’ve helped. Just tasted like crispy, without much bacon flavor. I had the impression that they’ve been under a heating light for way too long and all flavor had evaporated. The sausage gravy was decent, the hash brown was decent, I would definitely try again and maybe get one of the breakfast sandwiches instead, but it wasn’t a negative experience. The food didn’t taste bad there wasn’t a lot of flavor to it.

I would say, I was more bothered by the fact that I was the only customer in the dining room and half of the tables were dirty, and the tables that were clean, you could tell that the table had been wiped in all of the crumbs and everything dropped into the seats without then wiping the seats off as well . This really bothered me because I was going to a professional training class when I left the restaurant so I couldn’t risk getting anything...

It saddens me to put this level of review on here for this location because of the bad experience I had recently. I don't know who this "new" crew is to include a manager named WILL but my service and food was unlike what I am used to experiencing at this location. The crew I am familiar with has Quan which has the ABSOLUTE BEST PERSONALITY and there is a female black manager (sorry forgot your name) whom is JUST AS AMAZING, however, I went in on SUNDAY, October 22, 2023 and had the ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE. First of all I spent $16.79! SEcond of all I am a regular, meaning I usually visit this location a few times a week! Third of all the eggs on my pancake platter were just thrown all over the pancakes and when I informed the driver thru lady of this issue her lazy attitude did it all for me! Fourth of all they gave me a side of eggs to make up for what they originally gave me and they were in chunks with hard pieces on it! Fifth of all, the whole crew were different employees this day! Sixth of all the manager, Will is a poor excuse of a manager, HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO HANDLE THE ISSUE. I even did the survey and requested someone reach out to me and no one has SO You lost a regular customer!!!! I...

Honestly I did not really like the food. I got a #12, which was a grilled chicken English muffin with egg and cheese. The cheese was the fake American cheese you can get in the packs at the store - if you're a cheese lover like me that is always a major letdown. The grilled chicken was pretty bad. The English muffin tasted better after I took off the chicken. It was dry and unseasoned - very plain. My friend that went with me got a #5, a Cajun biscuit with honey glaze. It was spicy, but not too spicy, and did not have too much honey glaze. But if you wanted a good Cajun biscuit I wouldn't go here for one, basically it's mid. However, I will say their biscuits themselves are pretty good - as they should be considering they're called biscuitville. We also got a cinnamon swirl to try it, it was not very good; I took one bite and couldn't eat any more of it. The flavor for it is hard to describe, but it was off from what one normally tasted like. Even the cinnamon swirls you buy in the cans at the store are better. Final thought: I probably wouldn't come back here unless there were no other places around, and considering their location, there are better...

I was not as impressed as the hype led it to be. I didn't realize it was fast food. The parking lot is confusing since they have cones for the drive-thru. It was as if they had taken processes from other restaurants and put them to use in Biscuitville. It was neat to watch the person make biscuits through the window. There was no one at the register and people just looked at me when we came in. On the menu and from the cashier's mouth, a side of gravy is 50¢, but on my receipt it was .05 more per side. The food was pretty good, but it wasn't anything spectacular. The sausage made my stomach hurt. I liked the Florence pictures on the side wall. There is only a 1 stall bathroom. We will go back, but it's not a must have.
