🚨Always make sure to pay close attention to what you're eating, and where you're eating from!🚨

I ordered the egg foo young from this location on Friday night, got it home and there was egg shells cooked into the egg foo young, big pieces of egg shells! I called back to reported it and the lady told me to pick the egg shells out and continue to eat it. Really!!?? I requested a refund and was told no, no money would be given back.

Had I not noticed the egg shells, this situation could have been a lot worse for them than a simple refund. I could have choked on the eggshells and this could have easily been a lawsuit!

The moral of this post is Hong Kong needs to be more mindful of how they're cooking and serving the public.

And in my opinion great customer service is always🔑! The Service was pure Garbage. 👎🏻🗑 Very Disappointing!

I most definitely will be more mindful of where I'm ordering from and eating. This is not the first time their food has been questionable, but it definitely is the last...

I don't get the five star reviews for this place... I got two lunch specials today and couldn't be more disappointed. I got the pepper steak with lo mein and sweet and sour chicken with rice. One came with an egg roll and one came with wonton soup. The pepper steak was the biggest disappointment. The peppers and onions weren't cooked, it was like they just threw fresh vegetables in there and heated up the steak. The lo mein was made with spaghetti, not even your typical commercial lo mein noodles. I could have gotten past that if there was any flavor to them. The rice had a decent flavor but again, there was raw onion in there that hadn't even been cooked and it was overpowering. Finally, the egg roll was overcooked and dried out and the wonton soup....just no. The best part was the sweet and sour chicken.

We just moved to Florence and didn't really know of any "good" restaurants that delivered except for pizza. When we found that this particular establishment delivered we were ecstatic. When we called to order the young lady I talked with was very kind and courteous. It took about 35-40 minutes to receive our order which is pretty standard. Upon opening our bag we found that one of our sides of rice was missing and our steamed pork dumplings looked rancid. The sweet and sour chicken was good but nothing to rave about. The bbq spare ribs were good. We did not call to complain about our rice or dumplings since this was our first time ordering from them. Thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt. Overall, the service was good and food was just okay. Not sure if we'll order...
