Please do not confuse "Jordan's Furniture Store" with "Jordan Furniture Store" as they are completely unaffiliated which is not known by many as you can pull up both companies together with or without the added "s". The actual reviews I have read directly relating to the actual Jordan Store are terrible. Their sister store in Athens, Georgia is a direct representation of the store here as they have the same procedures. Please save your time and money and do business elsewhere as these people are crooks. They completely took advantage of my friend by lying to her about payments, giving her a signature pad saying it was just to select her furniture when in all actuality they had her signing a contract that she never got to read prior to nor was she aware. They are now trying to get money from her that they don't deserve behind this as saying there is a no return, no refund policy and if you decide you do not want the furniture whether it ever reached your door or not they will charge you 30% of the purchase price. She had no idea of any of this as she was given absolutely nothing to read and review prior to. She was called days later and informed they were not only charging her way more for the furniture but that her payments would be double the price that Carol disclosed to her. She then made them aware that she did not have the furniture and could not afford the influx in price then yesterday she was informed that she would still be charged $320. I have never seen anything like it. We have tried to call in an attempt to resolve this issue to no avail. The staff is extremely rude especially Carol and Mohammad.    Read moreYour store has beautiful items. I went to your store to buy a sofa. I was approached by a sales lady , who was not too enthusiastic. Although, I got that reaction, I went back again to look, however I was not too sure about the color. It was suggested by another sales lady that i bring a cushion from my chair. I returned to the store and made a selection. The sales lady that I spoke with when I initially went to your store began the application process. It came back pending, I believe. So she says to me that she would contact me on Monday. That was not the problem, she was rushing me because she had another client in the office and therefore rushed me out. She was distracted. She never called me back, she did not work on Monday. I called to cancel the application. I only went back to her reluctantly because I believe that your people honor building relationships with the customers and when I mentioned that this lady helped me at my first visit in your store. So I felt compelled to speak with her again, although reluctantly. I felt really bad, but the treatment was as expected. Needless to say, I left your store and went directly over to Havertys and purchased a sofa. I know you value your customers, and I feel that their time should be respected.    Read moreI came here because if the reviews but have been very disappointed. We ordered a couch on labor day. The sales person said the couch would take 6 weeks to arrive at the store. That would allow us to have a couch just before Thanksgiving. I called when the couch was due. They said the couch would now get there just before Christmas. I called on the day they said. They said the couch would now come at the begining of January and that they would call to let us know when it shipped. I gave them a little extra time to call because of the holidays. They did call on January 11th to let us know couch had shipped! They said it would arrive this week and they'd call us when it arrived. It's Saturday and we still haven't gotten a call. The excuse is always covid but covid has been here for almost a year. If shipping is going to be more than double what they've said that's a problem and I expect some kind of compensation but have received none. The store has a large variety of well known brands.
