Leapy’s & Crocky’s Ice Cream & Snowballs — Restaurant in Florence

The old man taking the orders has been rude to me his last time. Two times is enough of him talking down to me. Your sign says waffle bowl, 2 scoops of ice cream and four toppings of my choice for $8.00 I tried to order it and ask for sure if I get two scoops of ice cream?? He sarcastically says you can get 1,2, 3 whatever you want. I said I’m trying to order what’s on the sign for $8.00 so give me to scoops. Then I begin telling him my toppings. I said I want wet walnuts, hot fudge and he the rudely say we don’t have hot fudge anymore we stopped with that a long time ago but we have chocolate syrup and I said just scratch this order and he said SO YOU DON’T WANT THE WAFFLE BOWL? I said no and proceeded with 1 scoop of butter pecan in a cup and 1 medium cherry snow cone. $10.00 and I was so aggravated with his smart mouth I didn’t pay attention until half way home they gave me a small. This man is terrible with customer service. Impatient when you are ordering and smart mouth. I will definitely find somewhere else to go.
