Starbucks — Restaurant in Florence

As a regular, I will never shop at this starbucks again. I occasionally bring my daughter with me, as she loves to check out the Pokemon Kiosk. However, last time, a blonde lady was chatting with one of the Baristas and bragging that they're "best friends" and she always notifies her when the machine is stocked, or has product - somehow an employee is checking it throughout the day and keeping tabs on it. What is even more upsetting, is this ladies large husband Chris, and younger son often come in a golf cart with her, buying everything. One day the woman and her son told my daughter, who was patiently waiting while I grabbed a drink for a pack of cards, that if they wanted anything they would have to "buy it from them". Ridiculous, will never support this starbucks,...

The staff always has a smile on their face when I go in. Even at their busy times, while you may wait a minute, the drinks are still hot and correct. You can now redeem free drinks/birthday rewards here as well just like a flagship store which is nice.

The only thing I would warn you about is that if you need to reload your Starbucks card and don't have a physical card with you (like a gold card) you will need to reload with either cash or purchase a gift card and then add to the application and transfer the funds to your card of choice. However, when I ran into that issue, they suggested the gift card workaround and it worked like a charm.

I have been going to this starbucks for over 6 years, and the team there is amazing. It doesn't matter who you get to help you. They are always so nice and provide amazing customer service. When my favorite drink got discontinued they tried making it me a new one that was extremely close. They are the best.
