Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florence

This is officially my favorite Taco Bell in Florence. The staff (back and front line) seem to care greatly about consistency. The person taking my order is always friendly, makes sure the order is accurate, and allows ample time and opportunities to add or change anything. The person making the food does a phenomenal job. Everything is clean, comes out of the wrapping perfectly, and there is just the right amount of everything. Inside my "meximelt" is plenty of cheese, beef, and tomato and the chicken quesadilla has that perfect gooey cheese without an unnecessary amount of chipotle sauce to drip out onto my clothes. It makes it easy to eat and car friendly. I also like that not everything was spicy as if they use the same dirty gloves or counter to make everything, getting every food item cross contaminated with chipotle. If I have time to drive to this location I don't even chance going to a closer Taco Bell after having this kind of service...

This is the worst Florence, AL. location. If you want your food made hot and fresh, you have to request it. Chalupa shells are not hard. Yet every time we go to this location, they are rock hard and cold. We not know to ask for fresh food because unless you asks, it won't happen. Upon walking into the establishment, the workers whispered "here she comes" when they saw my mom. I will make it a point to go and order fresh food every time and dare them to say something about it. The workers are a bit lazy when it comes to making food. My order is usually cold and I always leave unsatisfied. Either learn how to make fresh food so that it isn't hard, or get...

The service is usually great but I came by this morning and ththe hours posted were incorrect. The first time I went through I said hello and waited about 7 minutes and no one responded. I went through a second time after a few other cars and they told me they wont open til 9am. I understand during this craziness they may be struggling. I just didnt appreciate them telling other cars they weren't ready and then ignoring me when I approached the speaker and the window. As of right now there are several cars waiting along with myself. I like the food and the service is usually great but if your opening late maybe you should put up a sign...
