This place is great except for this particular night on 8/21 I online ordered and came in to pick up. My bf walked in and it was pretty busy so he expected a wait. However he watched the tall teenage boy with long hair that works at this location not only ignore him completely upon entering but watched him make drinks for his friends to try the leftovers of, talking with his coworkers and ignoring other guests while he watched his drink sit there. My drink never came in the span of 20 mins. My bf came back to truck empty handed and frustrated so I came in to see what was going on. When I entered I was greeted by a teenage girl who I informed that we had an online order and we’ve been waiting for a half hour. She says to the other two teenagers working “see this is why you guys gotta help me” honestly that sent me over the edge. The girls were doing their job just fine but this kid seriously needs to learn what work...

Ive always loved bahama bucks and this was my first time going to that location. Very friendly staff no matter which one i go to, and they always have a wide variety to choose from. If you have a bad experience at a snow cone place, its kinda on you because you choose the flavors and make it your own. I wouldnt suggest doing the weird creme thing, its a waste of money for me and just turns everything off. I really love playing the games they have readilt available, but this location could use a few more. The one closer to me has a good variety whereas this one just has uno, phase 10, jenga, and a big connect 4. Maybe theyve added a couple since ive been there, I dont know. Still love their snow cones and its something i enjoy doing with friends and family and theyre decently priced for how much...

Today was my first visit here! It was recommended on Facebook through a Pasco review group. My daughter got a unicorn shaved ice treat and I asked for a sour patch kids shaved ice snocone. We were both impressed! They have a TON of flavors it was so hard to pick one. However, they do let you sample them as well. This was probably the best shaved ice I’ve ever had, and the guy working today was so friendly and helpful. Top notch customer service. The environment is fun so we enjoyed our treats inside. We’re actually coming back tomorrow because my fiancé missed out on all the fun. I highly recommend coming here to beat the heat and satisfy that sweet tooth. I think ordering ahead is an option and if so you definitely should, they get crowded pretty quickly. I’m looking forward to coming...
