Botanical Brewing Kava Bar — Restaurant in Florida

If I could have given a minus rating, I would have. I stopped in here this afternoon for the first time, & coincidentally, the last time. Not for not, the interior is beautifully done. We walked in, sat directly at the bar where the gentleman directly behind the bar or his female counterpart would be sure to see us. Looked over the menu, surely they'll notice that we were indeed going to make a purchase. Even discussed some of the items loud enough to be heard. Lord knows we could hear their conversation. At no point in their conversation did the words HI. Welcome to blah blah-blah. What can I get for you folks?" They never even bothered to rotate their heads 15° to initiate eye contact. Needless to say, we removed ourselves from the bar, returned to our vehicle, & promptly exited. All in all, I felt like the ugly girl at Homecoming. The next time I feel like being ignored so harshly, I'll call my mother. Great ambiance and cool places to sit with wifi, but today I got the worst and weakest French pressed coffee that I've ever had. If you're looking for a quality cup of coffee, this might not be the place. Open at 8 am, coffee posted on the sign, yet the coffee came out like see through brown mud water (instant coffee wouldve been better quality, strength and taste than what I got), and thats after a request to be remade. Won't be back for coffee again esp at $12 and change for 2 cups. I'd be back to hang out and try some of their other drinks tho. "Bartender" was nice and knowledgeable about product questions but the amount of products was a little overwhelming when explained. If this place made a quality coffee, they could really build a good morning crowd bc the interior and exterior sitting areas...

This was my first time in this establishment. My greeting was warm and friendly. The atmosphere was super calm and relaxing and I felt welcome immediately. Botanical Brewing has only been open a few short weeks. However, the staff are Extremely knowledgeable about their craft and product. The space is designed for maximum comfort, and it is extremely clean and well maintained.
