The local shed dealer is awesome! They know about sheds, don't push you to bigger, and deliver fast! I got a Good quality shed (in mid march). I Called to get split handrail wood replaced (in may) and it was done immediately. I called in july to get door secured as it was easy to force open,. Apparently that is a warranty item and they schedule out of tn. 3 calls later (July, spt, and 1st week of nov,) dealer gave me corp number and contact. I called and asked direct for repair. Svc coordinator sounded annoyed to be asked to do his job, and definitely not customer friendly in anyway. He found my record and said hed send someone out. I wanted to write and share my experience with this company for all to see!!! I moved into the area & had no bed, no frame, & most importantly NO truck to even haul the bed once I bought it. it was getting closer to the end of the day and I stumbled across the Mattress Warehouse. I walked in feeling defeated and hopeless that I wouldnt find a REASONABLE bed & price. BUT I WAS WRONG!! I walked in and was welcomed with a big smile, and sombody who was wanting to help me the best he could. I told him my situation and he truly blessed me. Not only did I get a bed, bed frame, and box sping he always was so kind to deliver it to my apartent on the SECOND FLOOR, & put it all together for me. Called around looking for foundation, they answered and were firm on availability and price. Call back a couple days later same thing and price. Went to go pick up full they had in stock ask to measure because my suv is funny and he advise it wouldn't fit. I have a roof rack but he advised against me taking it that way because of the possibilities. But I insisted and he still helped me with it and tied it down for me with no promises and beware just in case. He was amazing and extremely nice not arrogant or rude about anything. I love the customer service and advice I was given and I made it home with no problems....
