Brendy's of the Palm Beaches — Restaurant in Florida

I have been a customer at this location since conception, the owners were still married and dad was moving from previous location to this one. Boys were babies then when I started taking my toddlers there.

I went for ice cream last night and had the apple caramel crumb flavor. Came home and looking forward to my dessert. After the second bite I found there to be a chemical after taste and 2 others tasted the same flavor. I phoned the next day right at open and spoke to the grown son who argumentatively told me I was tasting caramelized apples and proceeded to argue with me after I gently wanted to bring to his attention what I was tasting and maybe there was accidentally some contamination. He proceeded to tell me they have a perfect health score……….nothing to do with my call as I did not state spoiled ice cream. Being a good business owner my goal was to gently let him know my thoughts and not be boasted to that he was the son and they had a perfect health score. A good business owner would have asked me to bring in the ice cream and could he make it good by offering a long time customer another flavor. Shame on you for poor...

Was at Brendys at Hagen Ranch and Flavor pict recently. Posted a very negative review on Yelp or other such site due to the very rude, sarcastic attitude and comments by who I believe is the owner. Been going there 6 years off and on and will never go again. She had a bad attitude, snippy and charged over 16.00 for a banana split and a simple cup of ice cream with hot fudge because they don't make the traditional hot fudge Sunday anymore. Heard her speaking with the only other customer in the store as we left saying to him she didn't care how many customers she loses. Also heard her on the phone when someone called about the packaged ice cream being "full of air" pockets. Her response was "what am I supposed to do, what do you want". When i presented my Brendys card she surly said "we don't take those anymore, people were cheating us". I got the impression she meant I was one of those. They just lost my family of three as customers....maybe they'll open a Dairy...

First Of All Yogurt Imporium is better. the owner is a rude nasty women. she’s absolutely horrible and does not care about customer service. she has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in my life from the moment I walked in the door she was rude to my me, and my 5 year old daughter. she does not deserve to own a business. she is very rude nasty and inconsiderate around children and her customers. I have been coming to this establishment weekly for over a year i’ve spent hundreds of dollars and because of the my bad experience and the dreadful customer service i have received i will never go back. the owner should never be allowed around her own customers. she has zero patience, no self control. curses at her customers when they are with the children. she is horrible. i am a real customer and i can no longer support this local business. i will be reporting her.i’m not the first person and i...
