Everytime I come here they are extremely polite and wonderful. Sometimes their are men out there waiting to take your order, but if not that's no difference! They ask your name, making it a personal experience. They dont charge for extra sauce. They confirm. I even paid once for a #7 meal in 4 bucks and....4 dollars in quarters....embarrassing. to make it worse, one of the quarters was a nickel. I apologized profusely as I knew I was holding up the line. She was so patient, kind and understanding about it! She was HUMAN. She handed me my stuff and said have a great day hun, just like I do at my job. A high end lingeriestore. It doesnt matter if you're selling fries or clothing, its how you act and sell that keep customers returning to YOUR location. Plus. its 5 minutes from my house ;)
(I grew up in Naples at moved to Maine in 2003 at 7. Finally , last year, 2017 at 22 they brought one to Bangor maine.) It was an hour away.
I'm so psyched to be back in the south where there are many chains to this great restaurant. Especially the ESTERO location.
My only dislike of the company are the political views....but, in this day and age....who agrees with everything?
I do think it would be nice if they offered to be open Sunday evenings. As, some employees may not be religious and it gives customers another day to give you money. But not interfering with church. I understand it's about the "day of the lord," (quotes srent to be rude literally how you're supposed to write.*) but, not every customer is. So, when they see a chick fil a in 6 miles after traveling 3 hours and its closed?! Yikes. I don't see the need.
Thank you for your service in estero, next to Walgreens and...
Read moreIt happens to some extent almost every time, but this time was a perfect example. We pull up to a line around the building, up ahead are people stopped in awkward places because of the way they send people out to take orders. When we got around, they came to the window and I asked if I could go around to the menu. She said she did not have a menu. I said I meant the menu up around the bend. She replied with an exasperated “I guess”. We get further along, and the other employee follows our car and stands right at our window when we are next to enter the concrete lane that houses the menu. We still could not see the menu. When we move forward, she walked away. It seems she was trying to take our order again before we had had the chance to personally see the menu. Finally we’re at the talk box, the one with the big white letters that say “order here” with the pictures and names of everything they sell. The first thing we get is “Can I help you?” in a tone that was thinly-masked frustration. We said we’d just like to look at the menu. “Make sure to order with the employees next time, they have menus on their iPads.” We were told point blank by her she did not have one; reprimanding customers for wanting to go through and spend their money their own way is rude and kind of wild; the line went at the pace of any line at any fast food restaurant. The whole customer service thing is nonexistent when everyone is frustrated and chiding you like a problem child while you’re just trying to see what they have before you pay them your hard-earned money. They should be more open to people who prefer to order the...
Read moreThe lines are crazy for the drive-thru, though the food can be a little pricier than other fast food chains - understandably it's because their food is so yummy! The chicken club is really a great choice for me - the grilled chicken breast from this sandwich has a particular tenderness and wholesomeness you rarely find elsewhere. I enjoyed the crisp bacon, and held off on the lettuce due to the recent shortage. Otherwise their classic grilled is also a great opt!
Speaking of options..., theirs are the ONLY fast food place that feels like they really give you chicken breast in the nuggets for the kiddos; so tasty and you'll want to order an 8 piece for yourself just to try them - TRUST that your child will not want to share, they are really just that good! And make sure your ready to order sauces as they have options there, too!
Once we placed our orders, they moved through the line(s), including indoors, pretty thoroughly and all the food was hot, ready, and made to order.
The only real issue is the drive thru setup. Not really their fault but the entrance and exit of the line is tricky when other drivers are involved. People are both impatient and not very conscious of specific signs... if we just take a moment to follow directions, we'll ALL make in through and out again folks! No need to cause a parking lot accident...
