Gulf Coast Nutrition — Restaurant in Florida

From the moment I walked into Gulf Coast Nutrition, I was so excited to see what all they offered because I was looking for a healthy "milkshake" to replace my want for food. The inside is super chic cute fun and clean. The ladies behind the counter were warm friendly and very knowledgable of their products and why one would want to use their products for the best results for your health. I was offered a free shot of Aloe Vera and explained the benefits. I ordered a chocolate dirt shake and it had gummy worms on top, it was beautiful fun and delicious. I also was given a tea to drink after the shake that I took to go. All of it was tasty and flavorful. This is the perfect place to stop before or after the gym or for me a better alternative to a meal when I do not need or want to eat a meal. Cant wait to go back again sit at the bar and try some more flavors. This place is a sure winner in Estero. I came across this place a few months back when they first opened. We have a Med Spa a few miles down the road and decided to stop in and check it out. This is by far one of the best healthy shakes we have ever had. We are always greeted by the owners. They are very polite and helpful. The shakes are delicious I have probably tried half of the menu and have never been disappointed. My whole staff is obsessed with them. I decided to write a review because I seen all of the bad reviews that popped up within the last 24 hours and I completely disagree with all of them and so does my whole staff. I'm in aww with this cute little place.

The tea bombs are my fav and addicting. I can't believe they have no sugar. I was full 1/2 way through the smoothie but it tasted so good had to finish it. I suggest pb cup or strawberry shortcake. A great way to get a meal and keep cool. Nice and light.

You get a smoothie, tea bomb (literally bomb.com good), and aloe. Happy with the price on something not filled with junk or loaded with sugar.
