China Express — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered my order over the phone for pickup. I looked up the menu online before ordering. Once I decided what I wanted I placed my order. They said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. When I got there fifteen minutes or so later I walked in. Let’s just say you definitely don’t need a mask in this establishment because they are behind plastic. It’s kind of confusing when you walk in. I didn’t even know where to go, but when you walk in the pick up is on the right side as soon as you walk in. You talk to the people threw plastic you picked the order threw a plastic box and don’t you know you even pay threw a plastic box. I never seen anything like this in my life. I get trying to be safe from the pandemic but do you really need to do all that. When I received my food it was fresh and hot. Let’s just say that the pictures don’t match the food. I didn’t like the butterfly shrimp some had more batter than needed. The picture definitely doesn’t match what I received. The house fried rice was alright but I have had better. I don’t know honestly if I would go back. The only thing great about was that they were on the money with the pickup time definitely didn’t have to wait. This is the only Chinese food I get now. They have the best selection and unique menu items I can't get anywhere else.

I was recently diagnosed as allergic to shellfish. This came as a huge shock as it's one of my favorite things to eat. I love coconut shrimp and would get it every time I went to the buffet. I did a google search and saw this place had a coconut chicken. To my surprise and delight, it is the same recipe as the shrimp but uses chicken instead. I think I teared up a little with the first bite. Thank you for making it possible to have one of my favorite dishes again!

Also, they have sesame balls and those are also a favorite that has become obsolete since covid.

After searching for a place that gave me the taste of Chinese food from Boston I finally found china express giving me that north Chinese food vibes. From the crab ragoons to the general tso’a chicken, house fried rice, beef and broccoli. The fried chicken dumplings are amazing not to greasy at all. The house lo-mein was good not to dry but also not to much sauce. This was the second time I ordered from there and i just had to give it a 5 stars. The only thing that was disappointing was the lobster sauce from when I first ordered. Idk what was that but definitely not lobster sauce it looked like boiled egg whites. Lol.
