China Wok — Restaurant in Florida

I would give this restaurant -5 stars if I could. I placed an order with doordash for Szechuan Flavored Chicken Spicy with extra sauce on the side. When the order arrived there was sauce on the side but no sauce on the meal. I called asking what happened because I have placed this order before with no problem. I was told the order said sauce on the side. I said no, it said extra sauce on the side meaning additional to what is already on the meal. He argued with me that was how the order read and if it was extra sauce on the side I should of been charged $1.00 extra. He finally said I could come to the store and replace the order. I explained I am at work and cannot come by and that is the reason I used Doordash and paid for that service,. He told me there is nothing he could do. No offer of resolution, just to bad. Then I get a notification that I was charged after the order was delivered and after I called the store about the incorrect order an extra $.60 for the extra sauce. So not only did I not get the correct order I was charged additional money after the fact. That was China Wok in Land O Lakes Solution to their mess up on an order. Food is great. I went first time yesterday, (amid Covid 19 social distancing) and it was very clean, and marked off for people to stand apart, and the door was proped open, so you don't even have to touch the door to go inside. I got a variety of things for about $36, and we had our own little buffet at home. The Chow Fun, which was very savory sauce on wide egg noodles, Singapore Chow Mei Fun, which was a little spicy with thin rice noodles, General Tsos Chicken which was not at all spicy, in a nice citrus glaze. The fried rice, egg rolls, and soup were great. I don't remember what the soup was called, but it had a lot of vegetables with ramen type noodles. Called in for a to go order. Lunch combo honey chicken. Lady seemed busy and didnt ask if I wanted a drink or egg roll but I just figured no big deal she will ask when I come in. I give her my card she asks what kinda dribk and I asked if I could have egg roll. She advised me it's 30 cent more and would be 5 minutes.... Not a huge deal I had groceries in the car could not wait. Would have preffered the eggroll. The pork fried rice was great but the honey chicken is all breading like thick and airy barely any chicken. It was my second time going its right around the corner.
