Refreshingly friendly and polite staff! It’s worth a visit to this location just to get a break from the rude and disrespectful customer service experience that has increasingly become the norm in the food service industry. Ever since Covid began, it seems employees don’t really want to work and usually seem to be more eager to return to their phones than to engage with customers. I was greatly impressed when I visited Planet Smoothie and the boys behind the counter (Owen and Sawyer) went out of their way to be polite, courteous, patient, and helpful to everyone in the shop. They both demonstrated a respect for the customers and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service that is so rare these days. This tells me that management is doing something good here! Nick The morning guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked him for a very simple change to a smoothie and he couldn't seem to figure it out. After going back and forth several times he finally gave me the smoothie incorrectly. When I called him up to complain, he gives me a condescending answer and then hangs up on me. Lot of money to be paid for this poor customer service.

(Later today) Owner called me, very nice gentleman. Apologized and fixed everything. Always enjoyed stopping by there on my way to work. Today was not a good experience, but Raj (Owner) impressed me. I appreciate his calling me back and making sure that I was taken care of properly. Chalking this up a a bad day for employee, still plan to go back. BTW-Roadrunner is a great smoothie to start...
