First of all when I called to place my order someone picked up the phone and layed the phone down and I was able to hear a conversation concerning an order that had to be fixed since it was messed up by an employee when she took the order, after she finally picked up the phone I told her I had a coupon for the 50 wings, fries and coleslaw. Was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived my order was still being worked on but that it was done soon afterwards and the cold items were put in a separate bag in the bag with the wings but after I returned home noticed that the coleslaw was not in the bag. When I called them to let them know that my order was not correct, since I had ordered the coleslaw she told me that she rang up for just the wings and fries and that she must have put the order in wrong and asked if I was coming back to get the coleslaw, which since my family was already starting to make their plates and eat I told her I was not going to drive back now since my food would have been cold when I got back since it would have taken me at least 30 minutes before I would have been back home. (Did not pick up first times cause I have the restaurant # in my phone) To a young man letting me know that the grill was off and no hamburgers could be made. He suggested something else I said ok . I politely asked why the grill was closed if the restaurant was still open. Never got a response. Then asked why a message was not left on the first 2 calls , then was told lucky I answered we were about to cancel the whole order. At that point I decided to make dinner myself. Being in the hospitality business for over 20 years feedback is so important to owners. Make sure you find out if the restaurant is actually serving what’s on their menu. This is what 52$ gets you at this location. This is not okay . VERY small HARD wings that look like they were cooked in old grease … if we found one with a little meat on it , it was awful. Tasted as old as they look and extremely dry - no flavor ! Definitely not lemon pepper ! Get it together guys ! People work hard for their money. If you don’t take your job serious enough to treat your customers like you would your family coming in there to eat , then choose another profession! Don’t get lazy because it’s 2 hours or so until closing ! If you’re still open then people should get and deserve fresh food cooked in fresh grease AND not THIS...
