The Sandwich Authority — Restaurant in Florida

We got the Reuben and French Dip. My bf said the au jus taste like Ramen noodle soup juice, but I didn't think it was even that flavorful. The Reuben was decent but the French dip was bland and thrown together with dry tough meat. I really wanted to like this place but I will not be returning sadly.

FYI: We took our order to go. If we would have dined in, the French dip would have been returned. Since we didn't realize how lackluster the food was until we got home, it wasn't worth the gas to make a return trip. I appreciate the response but please do not gaslight me to thinking your poor food was my mistake. My bf is actually from NY, my family is from NY, I grew up in PA. My wife and I recently came in to have lunch and we were greeted with a wonderful old-school feel of a New York style deli sandwich shop. I had a wonderful Rubin! It reminded me of how my mom used to make it. The bread was buttery and perfect leading me to fresh crout and real deal corned beef and melty swiss... lite on the sauce. First time I went there, I got the All American Sub. It was ok, bread was soft and just mediocre. I asked for oil and vinegar, but it was not put on there. Might have helped the sandwich. Decided to go a second time and brought my husband for breakfast. It was horrible. The bagel sandwich I got was ok. My husband got the western omelet and biscuits and gravy. The filling in omelet was disgusting. It was so soggy. We had asked for no onions or peppers, but we were told they couldn't omit it because it was already premade?
