Dine in last week was great because you expect to be there a bit and sit down in the ac. I do not suggest to order online, because eventhough you order online you can wait longer than the dine in and drive thru. I ordered online for pick up and still waited 20 minutes past our pick up time while watching drive thru orders get faster service. They even forgot the sauce with the orings and forgot another order of orings and when it cane out after informing then, they still forgot that sauce as well and have tp once again ask for it. The food is great but as far as online and a time crunch, don't do it and expect 20-30 minutes for indoor ordering; they definitely put drive thru first. And no one offered a discount card or an abundant apology for the wait. Instead, you could see the cs worker getting overwhelmed and frustrated and instead of communicating the over abundance in orders and short staffing for the influx, she almost got frustrated with me because I asked for a sauce a 2nd time, and she said she gave me extra, which means she did not listen the first time when I said there wasn't any to begin with. Had to re-infoem her just so she could get me another one for my 2nd order. Staff needs to learn calming techniques in thw work place because frustration only causes mistakes...
Read moreI have to edit my post due to inconsistency of service and food. I have been going to this location for 5 years and ordering the same thing. For me one of the only reasons I insisted on going there whenever I have been on that side of town is because I thought I had finally found a place that allowed you to substitute something that is deep fried and covered in salt for something a little more healthy like an extra piece bread. For 5 years now they have, hell of Saturday for lunch they did, until Sunday night.
I brought my son in for some food for doing some extra chores and thought why not treat my family to dinner. I ordered what I always do and was told they can't do it only can change for other deep-fried salty stuff. I tried explaining that they do it weekly, and all they do is hit the tab that says fries and write in sub toast. The manager on duty, will leave her name out of it due to what I would hope is just a lack of customer service, pretty much called me a liar and refused to do it.
I know this may sound petty but when you are already eating fast food the thought that at least one place cared enough to allow you to swap it out for something more healthy that I'm sure doesn't cost more and even if it did to have the ability to charge more for it. I guess I...
Read moreThe first problem was the entrance with the huge hump that could take out a car. Service was awful. Not the cashier's fault because she was the only one taking orders and in the process of dealing with a family with badly behaved children. She also had to leave the counter to go fix the soda machine. There were other people in the back who could have helped her out. The counter with the soda and condiments was a bit dirty and all the ketchup packets were sticky. We sat down at a sticky table and waited for a while for our food to come out. Everything seemed okay until shortly after we left and started to feel sick in the car. We both went into a sweat with stomach cramps and barely made it home to run to the bathroom with diarrhea! Thankfully, I have two bathrooms because we needed them! The only thing in common that my friend and I had for lunch was the french fries. They were most likely cooked in rancid oil. My friends chicken tenders were so rubbery that she couldn't chew them. The entire experience was a complete disgrace. Again, not the cashier's fault but the guys in the back could have given her a hand and also clean the dining area. I'm assuming that the explosive diarrhea we both experienced was food poisoning! Where...
