I was around when Domino’s first started business in the 60’s.. had my first Domino’s pizza in Va. Over the decades I’ve been a consistent customer. The locations I patronized had CONSISTENT GOOD QUALITY, PERFECTLY COOKED PIZZA and I GOT EXACTLY WHAT WAS ORDERED with a RARE mistake ... and I mean rare.
It’s just the opposite here. From NO EXTRA SAUCE on PIZZA, NO SQUARE CUT PIZZA, UNDERCOOKED SOGGY PIZZA with raw vegetables, etc., or if you think ‘Well Done’ might work better you get AN OVERCOOKED PIZZA THAT TASTES LIKE IT HAS BEEN REHEATED 5 TIMES IN THE OVEN.. DRY, CHEESE IS OVERCOOKED, AWFUL BURNT PIZZA.
Every order placed here has had to be replaced, either partially or the whole order. We have never been able to enjoy a complete meal here at one time because there is always something wrong with the order.
This last time I ordered online I called the store immediately thereafter to REMIND THEM about the special requests. WOULD YOU BELIEVE THEY STILL DID NOT MAKE THE PIZZAS CORRECTLY? And ALL PIZZAS WERE UNDERCOOKED. The Pacific Veggie thin crust that is supposed to be crispy was not. It was barely cooked and soggy. All vegetables were raw. By the time they REDELIVERED the other PIZZA that was delivered incorrect the Pacific Veggie was cold. We discovered it was undercooked along with the just delivered replacement pizza that was BARELY COOKED. NONE OF THE PIZZAS WERE GOOD. The only thing good in the order was the bottle of soda. $24.00 WASTED!
THIS STORE IS NOT COOKING THEIR PIZZAS LONG ENOUGH in order to SPEED UP THEIR DELIVERY TIMES. This could cause issues with bacteria and food poisoning if not cooked properly!
LAST TIME . This is the WORST DOMINO’s we have ever experienced in our entire long lifetime of patronizing this company. Corporate needs a report. If I could have given NO STAR I would have.

I have ordered and had it delivered also and always here as promised. Although I pick up because I save so much more. Some employees are attentive, some not so much the ones there most often need to do better at greeting. I did call in an order not long ago, took them a wgile to answer. When they did, the phone was placedto the side after i advised i was calling to place an order. Then after 5 minutes something was said in the back ground and they hung up. I called back took a bit to answer same person no apology. The same person that doesn't greet either.
I tried to place my order online but there was operator error (me). So i called 3 times before someone picked up for me to place an order. When i got there, there had been 4 people working or more. The person that checked me out instead of adding my drink i was supposed to get my drink on the side so i left it there. Read moreOn 24 APR'21, I placed a $50 order with store #5104 (Wells Road)@8:02pm, Order #470570, for delivery. The estimated order ready time was 8:31pm. The store location is 3.5 miles from our address. At 9:30pm, after numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach the store by phone, I was in the car, hungry, leaving our Home, to drive to store #5104, when I encountered the delivery driver pulling into our townhomes... he gave me the name of his manager. The next afternoon, when I contacted, "KYLIE", to make her aware of the unsatisfactory experience, I was stunned by her lack of ownership of the situation and the overall absence of customer service skills from someone claiming to be a "manager". At no time, did she even offer a simple apology for the hour and a half delivery time, instead justifying it by stating, very matter of fact, " ...it was Saturday, we were busy".
