Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Ordered on line. Get to store and open pizza.Had jalapeños on it. Also had bread sticks not ordered. Tell heavy set girl thats not what I ordered. She insists that what ticket says . I tell her I didn't order jalapeños and ordered a side salad. Seemed bothered and goes over to some guy working there. A thin girl said to just pull off the jalapeños. This same girl gave me somebody else's order when I walked in insisting it was mine cause she couldn't read. I said let me see that name,it was similar but distinctly different. Her reply, oh thats a different kind of name. I noticed no one wearing gloves even a man after counting money didn't wash hands or doan gloves. I showed the shift manager my on line order to verify this was their mistake. No apology, nothing. If I hadn't already paid on line I would have left. Never would go back to...

Ordered online. Delivery driver showed up with one of our pizzas missing. Told him we were missing a part of our order and he said, "just call the store, they will send it out. Probably for free or something." I already paid full price online and left a 20% tip. Called the store and they said, "oh... yeah, its right here. Must have missed it... We will send the driver back out". It's now an hour after I placed the original order and the second pizza shows up. Guess what the temp was.... cool. Not even warm. Seriously... cool, room temperature. Not one offer for a solution for the terrible experience. Will never order from this store again. More than likely won't order Domino's...

Wow the manager toby is what he told me actually called me to tell me the order I placed online would be cancelled by him because he was to busy... are you kidding me? I place an order while your open at 11:46pm and you tell me you will not fulfill the order because you would have to stay late? Then when I stated I wouldn't mind waiting for it if they are busy and then he actually told me "I don't care about your order I'm to busy and not staying late". Told him I would call corporate about this tomorrow and he said go right ahead I don't care it's toby t-o-b-y. Cannot believe this is your manager. Never ordering Dominos again in my life after...
