Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

The food in general is very good but ... We used to place orders from this store until an older woman that used to answer the telephones became too rude and not cooperative offering specials. She often acted as if she was the owner (seriously) and she was doing us a favor. She was stupid and slow when she tried to take orders. It was not uncommon to hear her yelling at other employees while she was trying to take telephone orders.

Frustrated with the poor customer service we got when we used to call in our orders we decided to go to the store (because we live nearby) and get our orders as a carryout, and get the carryout discounts. Frequently we saw the older woman at the store. She always seemed to be having issues with other employees due to the way in which she conducted herself even in front of costumers. When we started noticing her making pizzas after handling money from carry outs without washing her hands we became disgusted and started getting our pizzas from Little Caesars.

A few months ago we decided to give the store a try again and try ordering online so we did not have to deal with "Biker Mama." When the door bell rang and we answered it was Biker Mama. In the background we saw a black convertible with small children riding in it. That is way too irresponsible, delivering pizzas in a convertible with young children. It is not uncommon to see her speeding through our neighborhood streets in a silver tank (large sedan). When the neighbors see Biker Mama we all know it is time to run for cover. Ordered a pizza online order number 5043. Within 2 minutes of placing the order I called them to let them know I wanted the pizza cooked lightly done. The woman who answered the phone said it might be possible to get it lightly done but it might not because the pizza was already in the oven and might come out more cooked. I said how is that possible since I just placed the order and it’s impossible the pizza could be cooked already. The woman gave the impression it would be hard to take the pizza out to make it lightly done.

When the pizza was delivered it was cold and the dough was raw! I said lightly done not raw!! Called back to complain and speak to a manager. The same woman who we spoke to initially answered the phone and ( she said she was a manager I think she said her name was Jamie) had a major attitude as if we were the problem. She admitted she had pulled it out of the oven half done so basically admitted it wasn’t cooked. Most places go out of their way to try and make it right but she was rude and disrespectful. I've never had a problem ordering online. It's fast delivery an apparently a lot better than dealing with people who can't take orders correctly. I'm not trying to be rude. However, my oders have always been correct an food is delicious! But a couple days ago I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza with only two toppings cheese and the half lightly pepperoni. They sent me a pizza half an hour later if not longer with everything entirely on it mind you I have two children waiting impatiently & we are all very hungry so we had to wait an additional hour and a half. That's why I'm rating 3 three stars it's not that hard to take an order and the waiting period took forever!! Eventually we got our food at 12:30 a.m. after putting in the order at 9:30. Not a good look guys. And you could have gave me my cash back. I would have gave you your pizza back instead of having it credited to my pizz account makes me not really want to order from you guys anymore.
