Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Terrible customer service! They delivered my pizza without my 2 liter Diet Coke. I called in immediately and explained I didn't receive my Diet Coke with my order. They put me on the phone with Ashley the manager. She only offered to have a driver bring out my Diet Coke. I explained by the time the Diet Coke arrived my $29.00 pizza would cold. That was all she was willing to do. I requested they come pick up the cold pizza and give me a full refund on my card. She refused. She said she would call her big boss and see what she could do. After waiting an additional five minutes on the phone she said the best they could do is refund the the $1.81 I paid for the Diet Coke and bring it out to me. I tried to explain that my pizza was cold and that I would like them to come pick it up and issue a refund. She rudely argued with me and stated that they got the food order part right and that should be good enough. Seriously??? $29.00 for cold pizza and no drink? Additionally I gave my son $5.00 cash to tip the driver!!! Now I am out $34.00!!!!! With a very young, disrespectful, rude, immature manager. This girl Ashley should not be allowed to manage this business. It's a guarantee that with her rude attitude, lack of customer service skills she will surely damage this business. I highly recommend you try PaPa John's, or a local pizza company here in Gulf Breeze. The management at this Dominoes doesn't value their customer or demonstrate customer service of any type. We ordered pizza for a crew that was helping us out at the store from out of town and this was their going away meal, we ordered on line and early enough for the size of our order 12 medium 2 topping pizzas and some wings, they tried calling me at 10:04 and left no voice message and when I saw they called I called back at 10:15 and NOBODY answered, then when the order didn't arrive at the time we requested I drove to the store which I found had CLOSED for the evening!!!!! We had to make other plans with another place to eat after 11:45pm which ended up being the Waffle House , who were too happy to fill an order for us. We order pizza on a regular basis for Lowe's but with this huge error we will have to rethink pizza choices in the future!!!!! Poor customer service. We went in person to order a pizza today 05/31/2022 at approximately 11pm. The young man saw us when we entered the store but did not attend to us, we waited for approximately 12 minutes and the young man never attended to us no matter how many times we called him. It is disrespectful to the customers we drove there for 25 minutes for him to just ignore us, he is a young man with braids.
