DONT USE THE “GUEST” FEATURE ON THEIR APP! The story is a little long so settle in. So this morning I decided that since I couldn’t go celebrate after my kids soccer game the night of, because I had to work I would take them to get donuts the next morning. We’re running a little late and I wanna make sure they’re not late to school so what I went ahead and did was I opened up the app which I barely use I don’t have an account so I sign in as guest and place an order. NOW there are two Dunkin locations nearby to me so I select the one that I want to go to and place my order when I get there there’s a very long line as there always is everyone loves Dunkin! it’s literally in their slogan. When I get to the window the guest feature on the app has already deleted any of my order information after it’s charged to my Apple account and I have no order information and the Dunkin says they don’t have my order since I don’t want my kids to be late to school I say don’t worry about it I pay for another set of donuts and commit that it must’ve gone to the other local store by accident I drop off my children and thought I should go get that other box of donuts I’ll take it to work and my coworkers will enjoy it so I go wait in another long line at Dunkin because everyone loves Dunkin! Now when I get to that window they say THEY don’t have my order after waiting in too long Dunkin lines and being told the same thing and still not having any tracking information but I have now on my on my debit account to charges for the same six donuts yes only six THEY ARE toddlers what am I gonna do we commit to something has gone horribly wrong the manager at this location I don’t know her name steps up at that point I was unreasonable and I know it but they make it right they give me the six donuts and tell me to get on my way but I couldn’t let that be it I had to dig deeper I had to figure out where did my order go after doing some deep dives on my bank account and some Google searches the default guest order went several miles away passed about three Dunkins and landed on the fourth farthest Dunkin from me miles and miles away moral of the story if you use the app don’t use guest it’s a...

Dear Dunkin' Donuts Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at the Dunkin' Donuts located on 9020 Progress Blvd Riverview

On the morning of November 2, 2023 @9:20 AM [ 729146 Rona) CHK #51 I placed an order for one medium hot coffee, two bagels (one multigrain and one plain), and requested the bagels to be lightly toasted with veggie cream cheese. However, upon receiving my order, I discovered that my bagels were burned to the point where they were inedible.

Furthermore, the coffee I received was extremely cold, as if it had been made the night before and left to sit. Additionally, despite requesting extra sugar and extra cream, the coffee was overly sweet, making it undrinkable.

In an attempt to resolve this issue, I visited the Dunkin' Donuts on Hillsborough to inquire about exchanging my order. However, I was informed that they were unable to accommodate my request as the order was from another store. Consequently, I had no choice but to discard the entire order, leaving me without breakfast that morning.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience and I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to address this matter. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement for my order, as well as an assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future.

My grandfather wanted coffee so we decided to go to the Dunkin Donuts near my house (Falkenberg and Progress Blvd). I go inside the store to order the coffee but no one is at the register to take my order, which isn’t unusual so I waited for someone to come. After about 5 minutes I grew a little impatient and walked to the pickup area and asked if someone could help, all 3 employees proceeded to ignore me. I walked around the store to regain my composure and came back. There was still no one at the register but I locked eyes with one of the employees, she came towards the register but instead of helping me she grabbed a donut and walked away. I walked back to the pickup area and directly asked one of the employees to take my order, she looked at me and walked away towards the drive through window, there was no car there.
