After work I usually visit the Dunkin donuts located at 8425 Lorraine Rd in Lakewood ranch Fl. 34202. Until today I have not had a problem with my order. I get 2 med iced lattes and because my partner and I are sensitive to milk but less so to the light cream, we ask for them to make it with cream instead. In the drive through the cashier told me that he could not make them with cream because his manager said that it cost too much. I asked if I could have a hot coffee with 10 to 15 cream and that has also never been an issue. However I was denied this as well. The worst part was that he said that I can go to another store if I wanted to. So I did. I went to Wawa. After leaving the drive thru I called to get the name of the cashier but he was the one who answered the phone. After arguing with me some more instead of giving me his name he then handed the phone to who he said was the shift leader named Taylor. I explained to her that I was calling corporate and needed the names to properly report it. Inside you can see their name tags for issues like this but in the drive through you can't. She refused to give me anyone's name except hers and the manager Tito who wasn't there at the time. I don't understand why at dunkin people can substitute milk for almond milk, oat milk, etc. But I was told I can't have cream. I used to like dunkin but lately I've been contemplating on taking my...
Read moreThis review is for the manager and owner. If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was $25 wasted. This was hands down the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I had a mobile order. I ordered two coffee’s with an extra shot—simple, right? They had to remake it twice because the first two were basically cups of milk. When I reminded the employee I ordered an extra shot, he looked at me and said, “Oh, you ordered an extra shot?” like it was brand-new information. It’s on the ticket so no attention to detail. Completely clueless. After the 3rd attempt of making the coffee it was still just cups of milk. It’s not brain surgery, I’m not sure who trains these employees. Shame on the owner/manager.
They were also out of every single donut—at Dunkin’ DONUTS. How are you even still in business?
And to top it off, I ordered bagel minis. Not only were they not heated, but they were still frozen solid. Like, frostbite-in-your-mouth frozen. Just an all-around disaster.
This location is a complete embarrassment to the brand. If corporate cares even a little about quality or customer experience, they’d shut this place down and start from scratch. Save yourself the frustration and go...
Read moreI stopped by today to get a muffin on my way to work, and found the drive in line was very long. I figured it would be faster for me to park and go in instead. I was wrong. When I came in I found that there was a person working the drive through, another making coffee, and two more in the back talking to each other. Another customer came in right after me, and we went to the front. The two employees in the back continued to talk to each other glancing up at us briefly, and then went further into the back where we couldn't see them. The other two employees ignoring us completely and working on drive through orders. The other customer and I sat their at the desk waiting to be at least greeted for about 3 minutes. After which the other customer asked loudly if someone was working the front. Instead of one of the two working employees addressing us they both talked into their headsets, I'm guessing to the other 2 employees, to have someone come to the front. After another minute of standing there without anyone even saying hi to us, the other customer and I left the store. I would not recommend going to this store as it appears you will either get slow service,...
