On August 08, 2025, I put my mobile order in at exactly 12:41 PM. Waited at the intercom forever before I drove up to the window to wait behind another customer who had already been there awhile. Got to the window and nobody came to the windows for a minute or two. Finally, a male asked what I ordered and I told him a mobile order (Simmons). I was told he was making it and asked if I could pull so he can get the two cars behind me their food. I'm waiting and watching those two cars and more cars getting their food and nobody comes. A young lady comes to my car at 1:15 pm with a frown. Doesn't say one word while Finally handing me these two coffees that I had to wait 34 minutes to be handed. I had to yell Thank You to her just in case she forgot the first thing in customer service is to apologize for the wait or at least say, "Have a nice day." Nope, she must've forgot because there was still nothing after I said that to her. Just the same frown as I saw her approaching with. I haven't had a problem in many months but I guess it was time to run into those issues at this...
Read moreThree days in a row now I’ve gone to this Dunkin at the same time around eight 8:30 AM and every day they don’t have the donuts that I asked for which first thing is Boston cream and then chocolate glazed, they only have the basic selection of frosted donuts, etc. Every day so far there’s been something wrong with the drink that I order. It seems like no one knows what a cold brew cold foam is or looks like, but knows what a macchiato is. Today I ordered the cold foam again in hopes third times the charm, to then be given a normal iced coffee. I told the register girl that it’s not a cold brew, and she turns around dumps out half the drink fills it up a little bit and puts cold foam on it, as if I wouldn’t know. If you’re a regular espresso, coffee drinker like me this taste like water with cold foam on it. Going to have to get another coffee from another store down the road....
Read moreI tried to take my very large van through their drive-thru and quickly realized that I wasn't going to fit. In a panic, I started to reverse and almost hit another car. You would think that the employees at this location would point and laugh at me because I was being such a dummy, but they didn't. In fact, employees Abigail, Tessa, and Shaquita (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) took the time to treat me with kindness and patience and they quickly got me out of my jam and back on the road with my donut order. At first I was so stressed and upset that I wanted to cry, but at the end of my experience at this location I had a smile on my face thanks to these three beautiful ladies. Thank you so much!
