Something has changed since the remodel. They have all this help in the mornings where the employees are practically crawling on one another just to move around, and yet they can't seem to get the order right or on time. The few times I've gone inside the wait time has been astronomical for the amount of people they have working. They are having their own side conversation and we're left waiting as our orders are slowly pieced together one item at a time (and it's not like I was ordering crazy stuff). I get my hot sandwiches and I'm left standing there waiting for them to pull my coffee from the tap, being asked twice what I'm waiting for. I started just doing drive through because that seems to be their primary focus, and with this cold weather I've been ordering a hot chocolate. That's it, a simple hot chocolate. First one was great, next day I order two (my mother and I), it was barely warm and CHUNKY. The Coco mix wasn't dissolved, not frothy and creamy at all. Third time, good. Yesterday I'm in the drive thru, the cashier is blowing bubble gum around the food, just popping and having a good time. Someone else takes over and it's been a while in line for a hot chocolate. I get it and it's scalding hot flavored water. Save yourself the wait time and frustration, and just go to the one on Military between Summit and Forest Hill. They do a way better job with 2 people then these guys do...
Read moreI go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every morning and get the same thing and the girls there are normally so nice and the customer service is always good. However lately there has been a new young lady at the window. She would not give me her name but I will describe her to the store owner as soon as someone returns my call. Every morning this young lady is at the window I have a hard time. Whenever I see it’s her at the window I know my transaction is NOT going to be smooth, she literally messes up my morning when I see it’s her because i know it’s going to be a problem. rather she gives me a attitude for no apparent reason, she slams the window in my face while I’m talking she throws my receipt in the garbage she snatched my card, and for some reason my order is always wrong when she is at the window. On this morning 4/25/22 I had the worst customer service experience ever! My children go to school near here so every morning min-fri I stop by this Dunkin’ Donuts. However this Dunkin’ Donuts have lost a faithful customer. I will never go to this Dunkin until this employee is gone. And I will be calling the district manager or store owner. Read moreThis is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to. The staff is usually just lounging around the parking lot doing nothing. I was talking to a gentleman today and he told me he could not hear me over the window so I stopped talking and when he told me he could hear me talking he still blatantly ignored me and left his other coworker to take my order since he doesn't know how to apparently. When I spoke to the lady all I asked was that she make sure the coffee wasn't dark and she kept insisting that I tell her how many creams I wanted. I usually order this way because the staff at the other Dunkin donuts knows what I mean when I say I want a light iced coffee. The staff has zero manners and has never bothered to say thank you and they have messed up orders of mine consistently in the past. I never write reviews about places I don't like because I worked fast food before too and I know its not easy to live off minimum wage but it's gotten to the point where they have messed up my order way too many times including today when the girl didn't even know what she was handing me when she was giving me my bag.
