If I could give this store a zero star I would. Two weeks ago I ordered a chai oat milk latte through the mobile app. When I got there the customer service representative who was making my drink said that I did not have a flavor picked out. I informed him that I had chosen chai as my flavor as indicated on my order in the app, he goes back inside comes back out and I kid you not ask me to "come back at a later time because he did not know how to make my drink". I don't think I have ever been anywhere where I am asked to come back to get my order because they didn't know how to make it....Not to mention the fact that I had already waited 15 minutes for my drink. Talking to corporate or trying to email their corporate office is about as big of a joke as this location. They informed me that they would have the franchisee owner reach out to me, in which that person still has not done. I have emailed their corporate office twice since then and have yet to hear back. My boyfriend has gone there and they mess up his order three times. If you try to call this location nobody answers their phone and the voicemail is not set up. This store is a joke. Oh and if you accidentally leave your credit card at this location they don't lock it up in a safe. They have all of the cards by the drive-thru window. Thank goodness we didn't lose our credit card there. Literally issue after issue after issue at this location. Dunkin donuts needs to reevaluate this franchise owner because they do not run...
Read moreFunny story and kind of petty but... I went in yesterday and ordered avocado toast. Upon receiving my order I noticed the portion of avocado was significantly less than usual. I count my macros so this is an actual issue to me. So I went inside and asked for more and the lady told me I would have to pay for "extra avocado" because the avocado comes pre-portioned in individual packages. I said okay, that's fine. But I was watching her redo my toast and she used 2 already opened containers of avocado to make my order. Weird.... like she was skimping everyone on avocado. Which meant my original order probably only had a half serving of avocado and I had to pay extra for the other half. So today I went in again and ordered the same thing but this time I wanted to put the avocado on my toast myself. Just to see how much I ended up with. Low & behold my suspicions were accurate. It was the same amount of avocado I paid double for the day before.
It's a little frustrating not getting accurate serving sizes when you count your macros so closely. I only eat about 1200 calories a day so every calorie counts. I hate that I have to order my avocado toast this way. It's a waste of...
Read moreUnorganized, messy floors as soon as I wked in a wet floor sign over a coffee spill. Waited in line gor a few minutes as I wasn't the only customer fine but I was the only one that had not ordered yet so u think the polite thing to say & acknowledge that someone is there next in line is "be right with you" no they just went about their business for a few more minutes & so I just went & got a Starbucks coffee from the refrigerated section of the gas station & left but I did try to go back about an hour & half later thinking maybe not so busy but again when I walked in still same coffee spill on the floor this time dried & dirty but then I just decided to order mini bagels with a few other people in line already ordered I figured I had to at least wait for these folks to get what they ordered & so I went to the restroom & got something from the attached gas station & came back waited a few more minutes then my order was ready & but still the people in front of me were waiting, seemed very confusing to me but oki will take my food before all these other...
