Iāve been an ok manager for this company for almost 2 yrs Iāve never been treated so badly In all my years of working I was fired from this location last week due to a altercation between the new manager and an old employee Iāve reached out to corporate but never received a phone call I was told over the phone I was fired because an old employee who I use to work with came in as a potential customer an she was refused service by the manager was told to leave and her money was not welcome I was then called on my phone an was told Iām fired This is not the way to treat people at all itās unfair Iāve bent over backwards Iāve worked off the clock i have giving my all to this manager and itās so sad how we as employees get overlooked whatās the point of having corporate to go to when there is a issue but all they care about is there managers who have personal issue with you I was told today how the manager had already had plans to fire me because she didnāt like me from an old assistant she had at another store but this company feel they value there manager I have a home I have kids even when I reached to the corporate they tell me they canāt do nothing because they donāt know what happend ok duuuh investigate so sad Iāve nver been treated so unpleasant in my life...

The guy working outside, who I usually encounter asked me to wait until the line moved and I reached the orange clearance sign before going to the "mobile order" side because they are backed up. I can understand that sometimes things can be overbearing. After keeping a mental note of who was in front of me, I pulled to the "mobile order" side where there was a car that I saw when I first entered the parking lot that hadn't received their items yet. After watching the two cars that were behind me originally in the main line receive their order, I finally received mine at 8:16. The funny thing is, this has been going on for me since Thanksgiving. I know, part of it is me keep coming back for the same punishment when I should already know what to expect, but I still haven't figured out the purpose of mobile ordering when you can just order in real time and receive your items way faster. I think I will have to take a long break from this place because I think me and wife spend way too much on these products just to deal with...

They brought out our donuts first, with no explanation that the rest of the order was coming, just walked away. 3-4 minutes later they brought out our coffees, again with no explanations or apologies for the wait. Then they came out to ask if we had a food order, if so, what was the order. When they finally brought out the food, they gave us the wrong bagel with no knife for our cream cheese on the side, and no napkins of course. I had to go inside to get the correct bagel. There were easily 7 people working and only 2 customers inside. I cannot understand why they were having such difficulty. I always try to give restaurants a lot of grace because I understand it can be a difficult job. But this place is horrible. It is disorganized, and they do not even bother to apologize for their mistakes. Donāt waste your time and money. Go to the one across...
