Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Unfortunately where I live, this is the closest location. I wish the owner to CLOSED this store. Really!!!!! Service is more terrible everytime I go. To begin with, they raised the store prices about at the beginning of the year. Ex. $3.90 for a medium latte. What is this? Starbucks??? They staff is entirely (or almost entirely) new approximately every 3 or 4 months. Seems that after been there for this long they realize they'll be better of somewhere else; umm...wondering why would that be. Everytime they have someone new you'll be fortune if they know how to do a cappuccino, or a latte. Does the owner invest in properly training them??? The store closes at 8pm. If you get there at 7:50pm, forget it!!!! They'll tell you they are not serving no more lattes for they are about to close and the machine was cleaned up. ???? To close up, let me throw a line here saying, and not accustom to get to a store and they tell you "I'm sorry, this item is sold out today" when is not even 3pm!!!!! TO OWNER: Please, do yourself a favore and closed/sell the franchise, because apparently you have enough money not to care about this store, the crew members, or much less the clients. Unfortunately sadly to say this is the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to and it's the closest to my house it makes me so sad because I absolutely love Dunkin the employees at this location are very unpleasant they don't look like they're happy to be there they don't like to be helpful if you ask them any questions they are very short with you you get singular answers no matter what time I order a dozen of donuts they are always out of whatever I'm ordering this morning it was 10:00 a.m. I ordered dozen of donuts and there was only 1 donuts in there that I ordered just kind of surprising that after 10:00 a.m. you're never going to get the kind of donut you want I never have that experience at any other Dunkin donuts besides this one I guess it's safe to say it's definitely worth a longer trip to go get dunkin' donuts and not go to...

Here's the thing with this particular Dunkin I feel that the staff is awesome however I feel the issues that this place has lies with management for whatever reason they're constantly out of different things one day they could be out of sugar another day there could be out of lids or donuts .. Some days they're out of certain coffee... One day I went there and they didn't have any large ice coffee cups they gave it to me in a hot large coffee cup and although I was charged for a large ice it was less coffee in the hot large cup On another day they had no lids and had to give me the coffee without one the They also one day had no napkins I can however as I said I don't feel the issues with the staff the staff there is really nice and I know they try hard... they do have a high turnover and have had different...
