Stay away. Service is awful with a lady wearing a BLUE COLLAR SHIRT with no name tag on! The girl working has a terrible attitude, Lacks professionalism & is inconsistent, unapproachable & have a NEGATIVE ATTITUDE! She gets on the drive thru speaker and says Dunkin......No hello welcome to Dunkin Donuts how may I help you! I told her I needed one item & when I get to the window I asked for 1 cream & she says why you didnât say that when you was at the speaker? I said excuse me ? She said I drove off after I sated what I wanted? Ok whatâs the big deal about that? That was irrelevant for you too tell me? Whatâs wrong with me asking for 1 cream? Is that too much to ask? Maybe I forgot to ask for a cream at the speaker gosh sorry! It seems like everytime my company comes to this location itâs an issue/ problem with this same exact lady with a blue collar shirt! Learn how to say hi have a good day . Simple management stuff! I donât know who hired her! We all hate coming to this location but we deal with it because we been coming here for years we work on the island a big company Allied Universal . Itâs scary that this lady likes to go back & forth to argue with you when you ask simple questions. We enjoy going to Brooklyn Bagels but thereâs nothing like Dunkinâ Donuts coffee!!!! Young lady working the front, had her back to the front and finally looked at me, didn't say anything..so I just said what I wanted. Her demeanor and voice were somewhere else and it was obvious she hated being there. Repeated my order, paid in cash. And she messed up a simple 1 doughnut, 1 coffee 1 bagel order. Got 2/3rds of order and i waited for bagel, she was like "what U want" very slang, and a frown the whole time. She said go over there. Manager (appeared to be) met the same frown, and i hate being here demeanor as he slid the bagel across counter and turned away..

   Read moreI Ordered a dozen donuts and a box of Joe through the app. I went in 30 minutes later and they did not have my order. When the drive through guy didnât have any customers he got my order together. He was complaining that there were only two of them working. I told him I was sorry about that but wanted what I had paid for over 30 minutes before. If I had not already paid I would have left. There was another customer that was waiting for their coffee that said the delay was making them late for work. They either need to hire more people or not accept orders through the app. Also employees should not try to make customers feel bad for asking for what they paid for.
