Eurasian Bistro — Restaurant in Florida

Back in the beginning of Jan. 2023, my friends and I made an order via DoorDash for pick-up. This order was requested quite late in the evening and traffic didn't help our situation. While traveling, we decided to make a check-in call to ensure our order didn't get canceled because we would be arriving after-hours (the store was closed for at least 10-15 minutes upon our arrival.) The Bistro kindly informed us that our order was waiting for us.

Once we arrived, we were met with what seemed to be the entire staff that worked the final shift and a box-like crate full of food. DoorDash seemed to have bugged out and ordered 2x of our pho orders. Keep in mind, we ordered less than an hour before closing time. I'm quite familiar with service and I didn't want to leave the establishment empty handed after such a stupid mistake, but (I'm so sorry I can't remember your name) the kind lady at the desk understood what had happened and made the gesture to allow us to pay only for what we ordered and in exchange to fix the overall mistake.(They included the delicious leftover Pate Chaude and Vietnamese spring rolls the restaurant had past closing)

We ordered Vietnamese eggrolls, shrimp spring rolls, shaking beef rice, chicken pho, and beef pho. Everything was absolutely scrumptious; especially the Pate Chaude. I genuinely wish we had ordered those ones because they got the crisp for the bread perfectly executed; the meat inside was so tender and juicy!

Both pho's were presented with rich broth and fresh choice of bean sprouts, rice noodles, herbs, and veggies. Fine details for an affectionately affordable price in my opinion. We didn't have to order extra (of course due to the error from DD) because the portions were quite generous for our appetite.

I had the shaking beef rice. I never asked for it medium-rare, but this restaurant understands how to deliver a scrumptious and customizable experience. I added everything that was considered a side; closed the lid, then gave the bowl a good shake. Finally, squeezed the sliced lime at the end. Incredible taste, I thought it would be salty because of the additional salt. However, the attention to detail for each dish was astounding.

I don't live in Pensacola, but after having such a welcoming and delicious experience for such an affordable price during these times. I will actually go out of my way to visit the place again when I'm in town. I can't see any other establishment in the area holding a candle to the Eurasian Bistro. The pictures they provide for their dishes are as presented; even as take-out!

TL;DR This establishment has incredible customer service and phenomenal dishes for the price. This is a take-out review, so I'm completely biased for customer service because of my own experience.

We ordered take out from Eurasian Bistro for the first time this evening. Ordering online was seamless and quick, menu was well-detailed.

To drink, we ordered a strawberry smoothie with popping lychee and a Vietnamese iced coffee. The smoothie was sweet and tasty, with a strong strawberry flavor. They were very generous with the popping jellies which we appreciated. The iced coffee was strong and sweet as expected, delicious. side note: my only wish would be that they get honeydew flavor for their milk teas/smoothies

We shared an order of seafood spring rolls, one of our favorite foods. They were delicious, maybe the best spring rolls we’ve had—with vermicelli, crab stick and veggies, plus the included yum yum sauce. Two large spring rolls were included. Highly recommend as an appetizer or lunch.

For our meals, we tried the chicken fried rice and shrimp stir fry noodle. No complaints, the flavors were tasty and as expected. The vegetables in the stir fry were bright, crisp and clearly fresh. The shrimp was in abundance. The fried rice was flavorful and the chicken was cooked to perfection. We tried the leftover yum yum sauce from our appetizer with the fried rice and would recommend.

I recommend grabbing your next takeout from here. Our meal was ready quickly and staff was friendly. The process was simple and clear to order and pickup.

This was first time coming to this place since one of by friends posted it on Facebook. I took my daughters because I saw on their site that robots serve your food and I wanted the girls to see that. Usually I go to Tu-Do in Pensacola to eat pho but I was willing to try other place since this is closer. When we got there around 2:30 pm the place was half empty I guess we have got there after lunch time maybe that explain why there was so many tables dirty. Their was one cashier taking orders, making drinks, and also cleaning tables. Which they have a robot that goes around looking for dirty table but you need a person to actually pick up dishes and clean the table. I needed a booth because I had a baby and my two girls so I removed some dirty dishes and put them on another table that was dirty already to sit on a booth. Let talk about food like I mention I usually go to Tu-Do and order pho with just cook beef and I usually get enough noodles for all of us with a large bowl but here there is only one size and we got less noodles I had to order more on the side and if you want different type of meat it’s an extra charge too. Personally the broth was to oily compare to the other place and less flavorful too. I also order spring and egg roll they were great. I will not be going back I will stay with the place I usually go because we like it better. Plus I think it’s more expensive compare to...
