This was a unique eating experience. The “rolls” are tubes that are baked on special cylinders then filled to the brim with the fixings. The bread is fresh with a thin crusty layer over a soft chewy interior. I had the Cubano, which was incredible - savory meat (pulled pork and ham) and melted cheese with a delicious Dijon cream counterpointed by dill pickles. Like someone else said, I’m looking forward to working through the menu.

We had Firebread cater our wedding and what a perfect pick! Food came out hot and fresh with all the best flavors! We picked 4 different sandwiches to serve 150 guests and they served everyone was ease! Amazing customer service. We can't wait to have them cater our next event!

First visit to our neighborhood in Province Park; I ordered the “Cuban” sandwich. It was filled with tender pork and ham and a lot of it, there was no mincing on the contents, some Swiss cheese and some pickles with a wonderful creamed Grey Poupon-type mustard.
