Five Guys — Restaurant in Florida

Let me start off by saying that this is my first time actually having food from Five Guys. I've done DoorDash and UberEats for many locations but never eaten there.

I informed the employee that took my order that I've never eaten here before and he was so helpful with my decision making. He was very informative and explained items throughout the menu for me. It was definitely a smooth transition.

As I waited for my order I could see the other employees working together to get food prepped, made and expo. Didn't take long for my order to be ready.

All the employees were so polite and respectful. My overall experience as a first timer was definitely a good one.

I sat in the lobby area to eat my food while I killed time and as I looked around the establishment and things was very well kept and easy to navigate through. The music in the background was nice to listen to. I was able to find everything on my own without having to ask for help which a major key for me.

I'll definitely be returning soon. Services overall were great and definitely plays a part in why I'll return. Keep up...

The absolute worst customer service EVER! Placed an online order for pick up, paid online, got confirmation, and was deducted from my bank account instantly, get there and they say they have no order for us. I explained it was paid for and they said if they don't have a ticket for it, they can't make it. Asked to speak to the manager, and some little punk said he was the manager. Said there was nothing they could do and walked away. Some girl then came over and said the exact same thing. Finally a third person came over and he was very nice and investigated a little more. Turned out our order was under the wrong name. He was older and apparently had a bit more sense. Needless to say we will not be back. I find it hard to believe that if their system fails to process an order the customer is out of luck on both ends....no food...

The good news first... great burger!

The staff appeared mostly apathetic. Lots of conversation among staff with few apparently doing anything.

We first notice a pile of trash on the floor, which we walked around. The employee that had the broom and scooper was preoccupied talking over the counter with approximately 4 staff in the kitchen area. The pile was eventually picked up but trash remained under an unoccupied table from the time we arrived till when we left. I should have taken pictures.

Watching the kitchen, we noticed our burgers were ready in about 10 minutes... but they had just begun cooking the fries after the burgers were waiting.

Lackluster service and disturbing cleanliness BUT the burgers were great - thanks to the person...
