First off, the pizza here is really good! If you aren't interested in customer service than this review won't apply to you.
I logged on line to place my order as I have In the past. Placing an order online gets you a free order of garlic knots with your purchase. I kept getting an error code from their website which directed me to call the store to place my order. I called the store to place my order, and explained that I had tried multiple times online and kept receiving an error code. The gentleman who answered the phone stated they have been having trouble with the online service recently. I proceeded to place my order over the phone and mentioned them throwing in the garlic knots which are standard for any online purchase. He then said he could not honor that with a phone in order. I mentioned again that their online service was having issues and their site directed people to call the store. Again he stated they could not honor the online coupon. This is where I have the issue. A customer-driven, service oriented company would have apologized for the error and asked what they could do to make it right. Purchasing the garlic knots, or any other side item is not a big expense. My frustration here is with the total lack of customer service. There was no apology about the online service not working there was no willingness to accommodate my request that they honor their online coupon, there was no mention of having me speak to a supervisor. At this point, I opted to cancel my order an do business with another establishment. The gentleman who answered the phone couldn't have cared in the least. I'm sure they won't soon miss my business, but if other customers have similar experiences with how they deal with disappointed customers, eventually it will catch up with them.
Again, they make great pizza here, and I'm disappointed that I'll have to order from another establishment...

Steak bomb. I’m not sure who did what. But the salt level was horrendous. I mean tasted like salt water salty. Somebody seriously needs a lesson on the salt shaker and I mean now. Shame on you who ever you are. Now the chicken Alfredo pasta. The pasta itself was tasteless, over cooked I’m guessing because it was mushy! Very little sauce was putt on this. But the chicken that topped it was seasoned perfect and it was moist. No complaints on the chicken. Also my garlic bread was no were to be found that came with it. I’ve always known this place for amazing pizza it has never and I mean never been anything but perfect. That’s why your not getting 1 star. The owner was outside when i arrived so I know for certain that he did not make my food. Read moreFood is delicious...But if you’re like me.. Customer service is just as important! My coworkers and I eat friends pizza and wings faithfully. We’ve always preordered our food (Lunch break) and on multiple occasions our order has been wrong (ordered 20 wings go 15 , ordered 10 sweet chili got plan naked wings) but that didn’t give us enough reason to stop Ordering being that they feed us “broken promises“ Told is they would honor free wings on both occasions and LIED! Multiple times we called to cash in our free meal and could not being that “Jose” the OWNER was not in the building. We could relate to that so no questions asked. We still placed orders and PAID. Finally today ... Jose is present ... What does Jose have to say ?? “It’s been too long , we can’t honor that” !! Um excuse me .. Every time we’ve called YOU’RE NOT in the building !!
