So, I decide this morning to stop in where my wife frequently stops for breakfast. I give my order to the girl who's in training and the young man standing next to her giving her instruction. I notice both outside soda fountains are inoperable. No condiments or napkins set out for customers, like me, dining in. I get my order, seat myself, and unpack it only to find out my order is wrong. Back up to the counter. I have to show my receipt to the young man giving training that literally just took my order to prove to him I didn't get what I just paid for.
This is the direction America is headed. And, yet we're only at the beginning of this debacle our country will go through.
Due to this country's Administration & their "handling" of Covid, we now have these "essential" workers demanding to be paid "living wages" not commensurate to the skill level(s) of the tasks they perform.. Those that still choose to work, anyway, after our recent period of the "Great Resignation" just passing. And, this is what we're left with. We're left with a shortage of "talent" capable of executing even this rudimentary level of "expertise" all the while yet still receiving an exaggerated wage. As a result, the "value" we receive in exchange for our $$$'s is "overvalued" (more expensive) in its purchase and the level in which our service is delivered greatly lacks. Prices will only continue to go up as inflation in this country continues to rise. The customer ordering after me walked out and left this place after he was told how much his 2 biscuits would cost that he ordered. He refused to pay the amount. This situation cannot last. As more people come to the realization that they will refuse to subsidize poor service and overpriced product by their patronage, businesses like this one will suffer greatly. The clock is ticking. Compounding this scenario with a slowing economy and rising inflation, I believe these "essential workers" are going to learn that they really aren't that "essential" at all. Welcome to the United States entry into our "New Third World" of living standards. Thank...
Read moreThe Worst Hardee's in Pensacola Florida! The employees do not care about the food preparation, the attitudes from the employees and to include the manager is so unprofessional. I placed a order via drive thru on January 27th ,8am morning time. Drove up to the window, a young lady took my cc and reached my payment method back to me. Shortly thereafter, she reached my order out the window to me, I looked in the bag and the order was incorrect. I gave her the bag back and she slammed the drive thru window, threw the bag across her counter and had the manager come to my window. Major attitude! The manager came to the drive thru window and I explained to her what I ordered and the order was incorrect, she said ok do you have the receipt? I said to her no, she looked in the bag that the employee threw over the counter, and confirmed I was missing part of my order. The manager was attempting to be argumentative but I explained to her this was a simple fix. I have visted this location a couple times prior to this visit and received the exact type of horrific service. I will never ever! Return back to this location again. Upper management needs to do some serious Training at this location. All of the other Hardee's in Pensacola (2) have excellent...
Read moreI am very disappointed with the food I paid for and the customer service. Terrible. It takes a lot for me to say something that is not good, but I am real. When I asked for information about the type of burgers the employee either did not have any clue what he was serving, or just did not care. Either way, he was absolutely no help whatsoever. He had that I don't want to be here attitude. My food was old! The fries were over salted and had an obvious burnt taste and texture like they have been sitting under a hot lamp all day long. My Burger...the so called big Hardee or big cheeseburger idk whatever it was it tasted dry. The cheese was not melted. You can see from my pictures. A tiny onion slice and two pickles. The condiments were barely even on the burger. The pictures show all the ketchup on the wrapper. The inside was cold and the burger itself when I unwrapped it was barely Luke warm. I didn't even leave the parking lot! The Sprite was the only thing that was not disgusting. I'm not kidding when I say that this food made me feel sick. I didn't feel well for hours after only taking a few bites of this $6.30 meal that was the worst meal I probably have ever had from...
