Been here several times but will not be returning after the experience I received this evening. I usually deal with the big guy who's normally at the register and is very friendly and respectful. Ordered a large cheese pizza for pickup. Came to pick it up and noticed it looked as if it still needed to be in the oven for a bit. Asked the guy who helped me if it could be re-heated which he advised was no problem, but when he took it back, a person who I believed to be the owner/manager threw a huge hissy fit. He was a short older guy. He made sure to boast very loudly "Well she's gonna have to wait 20 mins. We've already cut it and everything. We're packed." He was extremely unprofessional and rude and continued to be loud and beastlyā in front of a customer (me) as well as his employees who were understandably embarrassed. As the big guy headed back to me in a humbling tone advising nicely it would be a moment, I quickly , and loudly responded so the "manager" could hear me, "that's ok. I want a refund because I don't like his attitude." The "manager" was quiet at that point, not even lifting his head to acknowledgeā me nor did he display any type of customer satisfaction service. I've seen him a few times before and each time he comes off as an obnoxious a-hole. I've been here several times for the last 4 years but will not be returning. My husband comes here frequently as well. I hope Mr "manager" takes note of this because an $8 pie just caused him to lose a 4...

One of their delivery drivers commits fraud and is a thief (Driver Levi)
My daughter ordered pizza on Sunday from Hungry Howie's. The total came out to $29.11. She put $25 on her bank card and put the rest to pay in cash, additionally, she ALWAYS tip in cash. She handed the driver cash, $8.00, after being handed the pizza and as she was putting the pizza down, he ran off without her signing the recipe. She looked at her bank statements, and was charged $30. She called Hungry Howies and they said the receipt was signed with a $5.00 tip written in. The manager sent her a picture of the ticket so she sent him a picture of her signature on a piece of lined paper. They only offered to refund $5 and said the driver will get into no trouble for signing the receipt, she declined the refund and said she will be taking legal actions since the driver will not be getting any consequences. She put a claim in with her bank, she is calling the police and filing a report as well. If the driver would've gotten consequences, ahe would've accepted the $5! But, she will not letting him get...
