Hungry Howies Santa Rosa — Restaurant in Florida

This is the second time where we have not had our pizza delivered. We live in a newer neighborhood and the first time this happened it was understandable. However before the pizza was delivered they had called to double check on the address and informed me they had figured it out and would be delivering our pizza soon with no issues. So I did not think there would be any issue, we waited about THREE HOURS to get our pizza and when I checked my phone, the delivery guy they said that I would need to contact the store. I spoke to the manager and at first he said they would refund us our money but I told him that I wanted our pizza. They made our pizza and we took it home. Last night we ordered pizza again and this was at 8:15 and it said it would take 90 minutes. About 9:45 my fiancé attempted to call and see where the pizza was because it said it had been delivered but we did not have it. He was put on hold for 5 minutes so he called again and then was put on hold for another 5 minutes. He called once more at 9:55 and again was put on hold. Their store says they close at 10:00PM but the great employees that work there decided not to take the phone call. He drove up to the store and was told that none of them could clock back in to make the pizza and he would have to call at 8:00 AM when the manager was there. I’m not sure how these employees are found or what the hiring process is but obviously someone needs to figure out a better way to locate the homes and there is a lack of communication. And obviously the order was delivered to the wrong house because we are the only house with our house number down our street. Great service! We sat and ate our food in the lobby and I was very impressed with the team that was running this place. Whenever anybody came in through the front door they were immediately met at the counter. It seemed like everyone helped each other out and you could tell that it made the place run really smooth. The food was decent. We ordered a couple of pizzas and one of the massive chocolate chip cookies. The pizza was good but the cookie was a real disappointment. It was burn your tongue hot but was still extremely doughy and definitely undercooked. It was not presliced so we had to use a fork to try to eat some of it. I love my desserts way more than most people but even I couldn't handle more than 2 little bites of it before it went to the garbage. I went in July 12th at noon. The girl at the cash register was clean cut and friendly. One of the boats in the red sneakers looked find in the back preparing pizzas. However there were two other guys in the back that should care more about their presentation. I get a little nervous picking up my pizzas when I see that the three men in the back have bushy longhair just hanging out everywhere. And they Are dressed like slobs. It literally looked like one of them was wearing pajamas. When someone is handling food they should be clean kept, they should have on a proper uniform, and their hair should be tucked away neatly. Seeing these young boys dressed sloppy looks very gross and it makes me wonder if I have hair in my food now. Their presentation was very offputting and now makes me skeptical to go back and get my...
