6.30.2022 I’ve been back several times since March and have had the Reuben Sandwich. It’s amazing and this was TOGO so added the photo.

2.7.2022 The Grilled Chicken, Strawberry and Candied Pecan Salad is delicious and loaded. Grilled Chicken and Freshly cut strawberries placed atop a bed of mixed greens, tomatoes, egg, croutons, Asian noodles, tortilla strips, sunflower kernels, and candied pecans.

The TOGO package is a large foam clam shell size portion!

12.19.19 Imagine the taste exceeding the image! These Blueberry Pancakes were amazing as was the Country Bowl. Also, a real cup of coffee, rich bold and hot! Exemplary service.

8.14.19 I had their Chef Salad......totally awesome. Attentive staff and very friendly....neighborhood vibe. First time I've tried lunch.

The Banana Pancakes were delicious and priced right. For the sweet tooth. The Country Bowl was totally unique, a blend of cheese, sausage, steak, eggs, hash browns and gravy and, a very large portion. Two meals really. Service was excellent and the coffee was better than most. It was too much for me, doggied bagged the bowl, but had to sample as much as I could for my first visit.

9.29.2020 To Go or Not To Go that was the question. The answer: It doesn't matter same delicious, portioned chef salad in the market. Kudos. Plus the team is so friendly and efficient. I picked up a new t-shirt in their retail area. United States Space Force.

Sometimes you walk into a restaurant and you feel like your home. This is a rare experience but, boy, when it happens it's like a hug from grandma. Our family stopped here for our last breakfast in Florida before we headed home to Indiana. We were all a bit sad to be saying goodbye but our spirits were raised by the most welcoming and friendly staff. Kathy, our server was so kind and on the ball. I believe she may reads minds when it comes to what you need. Her suggestions on the food were so spot on it was like she had known us for years. What could have been a pretty sad meal, was made bright and happy because of her. The food let me say first, come hungry. The portions are massive. I wanted so badly to eat it all because of the flavor. These wonderful people make a delicious warmed English custard that is out of this world. I could have literally eaten a bucket of it. The French toast has that wonderful crispy custardy texture that mixes just perfect with the fresh fruit and warm custard. As good as my dish was, my son's Ruben was the favorite. Everyone at our table tried a bite. The corned beef was the most tender I have ever had and that sauerkraut was perfect. Seeded rye bread, couldn't be beat. This is a great local business with wonderful regular customers.

My family ate here while visiting my mom on home leave. We were all pleased with our food, none more so than my 2 and 5 year old who shared an Oreo waffle, as well as the warm and competent service provided by Kathy (I’m hoping I guessed the correct spelling, if not my apologies). The ingredients were fresh and well prepared for all of our meals.

What has truly set our experience apart is that a lovely couple of regulars at the restaurant arranged to pay for our meal. They did so with no fanfare and left before we were informed, so we weren’t able to thank them in person.

To them I can only say thank you, it was a beautiful surprise and great start to our day. My mom got goosebumps from your act of kindness. I promise to pay your act of kindness forward.

To Merritt Island Pancake House I say that you are doing something right if you cultivate a clientele who are motivated to perform not so small (we were a party of 5) acts of kindness. I passed Kathy and our at the time unknown benefactor having a warm conversation that made clear they know each other when I took my daughter to the restroom.
