The owner / property management of this commercial property needs to RENOVATE their building, re-engineer its bumpy entrance & exit road with plenty of right turn spaces for cars and delivery trucks, and fix its parking and flooded lot near its highway as well.
Moreover, the “Palm Bay Plaza” (as I found out) needs to put its billboard sign or change its name completely to Merritt Island or something.
Since Courtenay Parkway is a TOURIST drive by road, the redevelopment team of this area needs to reinvigorate its value. We have highway A1A, US1, SR 528, and SR 520 are prime locations for many businesses to thrive. I heard BRIGHTLINE TRAIN make a stop at Cocoa. I wish they build more amenities such as a BestBuy store in either Cocoa, Rockledge, or nearby.

Read moreThe stores are okay, but that parking lot is chaos! There's supposed to be a stop sign on the south side of plaza; it came down and was never replaced. People think they don't need to stop there for oncoming traffic.
The parking spaces need to be designated and painted clearly. People just drive in their aimlessly and no one adheres to proper rules of driving 101. It's a mess! The back and south side of the plaza look so "GHETTO!" Somebody needs to clean this place up.

There are a few stores that have had facelifts recently but the other stores that have closed leave a skeleton like feel in the plaza. It's not the greatest place to shop but its also not the worst in town. You can find plenty of hazards behind the building. Owners need to clean and paint the back of the building to rid the community of the eye sore that is the backside...
