First time I’ve ever had Jets delivered to my home. My wife was sick and we decided to order a pizza. When it came we had the WEIRDEST delivery driver.
I had left a note online, in two locations to leave outside on a chair bc for the drivers safety someone was sick in my home, with COVID.
I had a lady driver, Julia, she has dark hair and drives a blue car. The lady hung out in my driveway for a long period of time… odd for someone with contactless delivery, right? She sat the pizza down and rang the door bell. Which you’d think that was it right?
She proceeds to sit in my driveway, I am panning from camera to camera so when she drives away I can get the pizza so no one gets sick right? For about 7-10 minutes.
Well, she turns around in the calldesac she pulls in front of the front door goes back to my front door. An is ringing the doorbell like you’re kid, as if he was being kidnapped. An is pounding on my door and giggling the handle, like the police right before they kick it down.
This proceeds for another 7-10 minutes, an I finally have to step outside because at this point my neighbor has called me and asked me “what the hell is this lady doing over at your house?” He thought she was trying to break in.
The pizza was the best tasting pizza I have ever had. I did call the store an complain so that way this NEVER happens to anyone. God forbid if you’re kids were at home alone an had ordered a pizza. They would have been SCARED TO DEATH.
I reached out to corporate via email and via phone call, an I advise you any issues, to speak to corporate. I talked to a manager but wasn’t the “GM” he never referred me to the guy, never gave me his number etc. Never said yes this is his business phone number, and gave the number. So, I could have had a personal conversation with that individual.
I just want Jets Pizza corporate to double check and see if these are “normal practices” for delivery drivers to act this way? Do they train them to try to break down front doors? Oh, and let’s not forget, I payed 40$ for a pizza, 2 liter, and a sweet treat. A waited 30/45 minutes for the pizza. I felt like I was MORE than patient.
The customer service and respect for the customer has completely gone out the window at this location. How simple is it to read the notes you guys ask us to leave at the bottom a you still disregard, so why ask about “special instructions, contactless delivery, etc.” It kinda defeats the purpose doesn’t it? That’s why I’m having them look into this.
FIRST TIME EVER, to NEVER again....

Side note: I was walking into Jet's on September 9, 2017 (the day before Hurricane Irma hit) and saw a young, 20-something year old, strung-out tweaker, sitting on the curb in front, with a very sick, 9-10 week old back Lab mix puppy on his lap. She was lethargic, covered in fleas, cuts and scars and couldn't lift her head. I offered him $50.00 and told him my kids have been begging for a puppy (lies) and that I'd love to give her a great home (truth). By the end of the night, I realized that she had Parvo and all of the Vets were closed due to the storm. I'll spare you the symptoms of Parvo, but getting by for the next few days with no electric, very limited water and hovering over a very symptomatic Parvo puppy, trying to cure her with 'home remedies', is something I wouldn't ever want to experience again. It was Hell and she was worth every second of it. "Stormy" will be 2 on July 4th (a birthday I made up or her) and has been the best dog I've ever had. Every time I go to Jet's now, I can still picture that poor little thing, in front of their pizza shop and how lucky I was to be in the right place at...
Read moreI order from here often. It's easy to order online. Fast delivery or pick up. And so good! Today was the first time I've ever had a issue. For some reason my pizza crust was really sweet. Like cinnamon sugar. I think it may have just been cooked in the wrong pan or just a possible mix up somehow. I took it back because buffalo chicken ranch and cinnamon sugar are not a great combination lol. The manager on duty had just got there right before I walked in. He was very young but very professional with great people skills. I explained what was wrong. He offered to make a new pizza right away. Unfortunately I didn't have time to wait. He offered to credit my phone number for the amount of the pizza and I was perfectly fine with that solution. Just because I didn't like the one pizza. I loved the 100 before and will definitely be back to use my credit and then some lol. Thank you for being a kind person in a weird world we live...
