KFC — Restaurant in Florida

We decided to go for lunch at this location. We got inside, and already there was a conflict with a woman at the counter with the employees there. We had our order taken. Took 30 to 40 minutes for our order to be done. A few more customers came in at the same time, and all were waiting as well. Apparently, they all were serving the drive-through first rather than focusing on the front entrance customers were. The woman that was standing in the front was starting something with the manager. The woman who was starting something with the manager got escorted out by Manatee County Sherrifs Deputies. It looked as if the deputies trespassed the woman with paperwork in hand. We finally got our order, but mine was all wrong. I got gravy on my mashed potatoes when asked for no gravy, and my classic chicken sandwich was smothered in a lot of Mayo who could eat that? So they replaced all my order and just asked for no Mayo instead to make it simple so you would think with my mashed potatoes. I also got two mashed potatoes since we waited a while. What was supposed to turn out a fast meal turned out to be a longer wait. At least the order was hot. They gave me free dessert for the mess up and to make up for the time waited. I rarely go to KFC. If I could do no stars I would! Tonight at 740 I place an order through uber eats for a 12 piece with 3 lrg sides and 6 biscuits. At about 8ish pm the kindest driver delivered my food when we realized half of my order was missing 2 of the sides and the biscuits the driver went back to the store to get the items. He called me from the store at which time I also let him know I only got an 8 piece. I assumed I got the wrong order until the manager said all she could do for me give me a mac and cheese because they were closing and they were out of everything else! I don't understand how you take an order I paid $70 for and not fill more half the order! I told the driver I didn't want him to have to come all the way back to my house just for max and cheese since I was missing 4 pieces of chicken 2 large sides and 6 biscuits. Because I ordered through Uber and it was considered a partial missing order I only got $11 back which is just unacceptable! I payed $70 for an 8 piece and 1 side. I am beyond anger, disappointed, and confused. I didn't get what I paid for and the fact that over 30 mins from close and they were out of everything and couldn't fill the order is crazy! I will be calling back tomorrow to speak with the store manager and I hope they will ensure this doesn't happen to...

Was supposed to be on a list because they screwed up my last order it had no biscuits and no macaroni and cheese so the girl at the window asked me for my name and phone number and that I would have a free meal for next time. Go into the store so they never wrote it down the manager comes to the front desk she says I'm sorry nothing we can do about that. Ask me about it I even brought up my transaction on my banking app because she wanted to know the date. She comes back out after telling me she had two conference call with four of the managers regarding my transaction. Now mind you I wasn't asking for her to give me buckets of chicken but to give me the $5 that I was promised off the meal deal of the day which was $23. After all was said and done and a half hour wait for her to decide what was feasible she told me she would give me 10% off which was $2 big whoop. It's actually funny because while I was there waiting they were running out of corn running out of biscuits and didn't even have any Krispy Chicken. I was kind of pissed because she basically said she didn't believe me. It's the only KFC close to Siesta Key that's the only reason I went there. They definitely need...
