What customer service is not… I have been a loyal patron of your China One restaurant for well over 7 years now, and to be fair let’s say, I have ordered from you 7 times a year, at 20 dollars a pop, it’s most likely far more than that but for arguments sake let’s stick to that…that would be a grand total of 980 dollars…but really it’s probably (scarily) more than that.. I’d call that loyal, wouldn’t you? I know the faces of your employees but not their names, but I have seen them over the years and I know you know me as well.. I came in on 3/24/2015 for a few cans of Coca-Cola, I had just finished mowing my lawn and I was so thirsty I couldn’t stand it….I was greeted by an employee who I have ordered from in the past, and another 2 of the employees there in the back I knew by face as well, I was told I couldn’t buy the cans of pop without spending 5 dollars or paying cash. Well, I didn’t have cash, and I didn’t want food, the cans of pop are one dollar a piece. I asked for the manager and the guy at the counter refused, they spoke in a different language to each other and none of them seemed to care, he told me again he wouldn’t sell me, a loyal customer, the cans of pop unless I spent 5 dollars. I told him he didn’t know what the heck customer service was and that they lost me as a customer and I left. I drove another 500 feet to the corner Walgreens and purchased 2 entire 20 oz. bottles of Coca-Cola for 3 dollars, instead of your 1 dollar a can 12 oz. Now, time for some math, are you excited??? I’m excited! Ok, so, we all know you; the employees of China one, purchase the Coca-Cola at Walmart, I’ve seen you there, buying carts and carts of it, assuming you purchased at full price and didn’t get a buy one get one sale, you paid about $3.50 per 12 pack according to Wal-Mart’s website… you’ve already made over 8 dollars of profit just by reselling that coke at 1 dollar a can. So, people are aware they can buy coke cheaper other places but they buy it from you at 1 dollar for convenience, now with that said, I’d love to explain to you, that convenience and customer service are two separate things, you really need 3 things for a business to succeed, good quality product, good customer service, and convenience. We live in sunny Florida where the snow birds are a large part of local business annual revenue, ready for the news flash? The snow birds are gone! It’s 90 degrees out and the only people buying from you currently are the locals, and you just lost one very loyal local customer due to the shenanigans, some money is better than no money, you would have profited 3 bucks from me but you complained and demanded I spend 5 dollars or nothing, so, you LOST that 3 dollar profit you could have had from me, and you lost my business forever. How many other people will you lose by being rude? If you keep this up you will destroy your...
Read moreI just wanna say first... enough with the trolling and bullying of this place. It seems as though someone started nonsense complaining about this wonderful restaurant then other people started making up stories and leaving false reviews about throwing food away. If anyone has thrown away food from this place that is an extremely stupid thing to do. I originally suggested this place to my wife because of the nice gentleman who was handing out flyers decided to wait for me to finish parking in my driveway and smiled and handed me one of the flyers he was leaving at people's houses. My wife read the reviews first and we couldn't believe them so we decided to get food here and man o man are we glad we did. My wife is really picky when it comes to food being seasoned well and she likes this place so much that we both want to order here again, even our 4 year old son who is a world class picky eater really likes the food. On top of that the customer service is outstanding, I was on my way to the restaurant to pick up the food and I received a text telling me it is ready then I received a phone call... I have never had that happen before. This food is fantastic and we absolutely will be ordering here again. Please don't listen to the reviews of the Google bullies who leave ridiculous and mean...
Read moreNever been here before. But I ordered for delivery. Got Chicken Egg Foo Young, Beef Teriyaki sticks, Spring Rolls & Vegetable Fried Rice with Tofu. The Egg Foo Young was nearly tasteless. When I looked closer, whatever meat was used was NOT CHICKEN & WAS GROSS! The Vegetable Fried Rice was a big order with ONLY 4 PIECES OF TOFU I REQUESTED TO BE ADDED & HAD TO PAY EXTRA! It also barely had any vegetables! Spring Rolls weren't too good. The Teriyaki Sticks were edible but nowhere near as good as other places. Only thing that was done right was the white rice that comes with the Egg Foo Young. I paid over $40 for dinner priced food & had to throw out most of the order because of how bad it was. It was a HUGE RIPOFF, especially when they added only 4 small pieces of tofu to a big order of Vegetable Fried Rice that barely had vegetables, & added a mystery meat that was NOT chicken to the Egg Foo Young! Major disappointment & ripoff. Stay away from this place! They're DISGUSTING! By the way, since it was delivered, they didn't even knock on my door - they just left the bag of food on the floor in front of my...
