Must Read ! I went in ordered my sandwich and sat down. The original sandwich maker that prepared my food was very nice and done a nice job at building repore with me in the short time he had. While I was the only one sitting in the restaurant eating I witnessed a woman walk in just prior another young man replaced the man who was helping me and was starting his shift for the day. He suited up tied his apron and politely asked can I make you a sandwich.. The patron rudely looked at the young man and said why did you you ask me that? You are a sandwich shop... I'm in customer service and it drives me nuts when clients can totally disrespect you from behind the counter for no other reason that to feel empowered. At that moment I got upset and told the woman my thoughts about how she just treated the young man who simply asked to help her. Keep in mind the worker behind the counter didn't say much but a few words to defend his own honor...Right then a grizzly Adams looking man who said he was related to the ownership to my disbelief sent the young man behind the counter packing. This Subway on Bee Ridge and Beneva should be avoided unless you like to see poor management at its best! In conclusion I feel horrible for the man who got sent home! In defending him I somehow feel responsible for him potentially loosing his job.. However, I always speak up when someone in customer service gets treated poorly when its...
Read moreWe came to eat at branch 3650 at Bee Rich in Sarasota. There were two employees, one cleaning tables and the other arranging the ingredients containers, where the sandwiches are prepared, after 15 minutes standing in front of this employee waiting for my husband and me to be served, since the two of us were practically invisible to This employee, because there was not a single show of respect towards us, we decided to leave the place. The anger I felt at that moment was intense, when as we left I said, “Thank you very much,” he looked at me with indifference, as if I were a fly. That irritated me and I felt even more offended and humiliated. It was a degrading and completely devastating experience for a customer, I must say I am a fairly regular subway customer, I couldn't believe what was happening. I asked him his name and he didn't tell me, he didn't feel like it, he hid when I wanted to take his photo, and he was still yelling at me and telling me to call customer service at his offices. I want to understand what happened this day? How can they hire such unpleasant staff lacking any training? I am of Hispanic origin, I entered the site speaking Spanish, was it a question of racism? My money is not worth your franchises, how much of this can I understand...
Read morePlaced my online order while I was at school and went to pick up my sub during my lunch break. There was a young lady at the register not sure if she was tired or under something. I grabbed my food and I had to buy another drink as I had forgotten. There was no one else but me there and it took her over ten minutes to ring me out for a large drink. She was also counting her coins at the register. Another lady came out from the back and told the girl to work on the online orders and the older lady ringed me out after waiting for a single cup. Once I was opening my sub, I was not sure if I had ordered a soup with bread or a sub😂I just could not eat this spicy mess after trying to take some of the sauce off with a napkin. It was just one big saucy mess. No I did not ask for extra sauce, I can’t imagine what extra would have looked like. On top of it being a saucy mess it was mainly lettuce barely...
