I have always ordered roasted shredded pork shoulders here for years for special occasions and it had been delicious and plenty. However I was disappointed this Christmas. I ordered two for 25 people plus yuca and fried plantains. The pork would not even feed 15 people. There was plenty of fried plantains but I had to go to el palacio de los jugos and buy more yuca ( when I placed the order I was told that yuca for 10 people would be fine since I also had fried plantains. Well it was good for about 5-6 people. And I had to buy another shoulder because it was not enough. I have to say that the mojo looked and tasted like commercials mojo bought at Winn Dixie not home made. I had to make my own. Needless to say I had bread moros salad and appetizers. Finally after I bought more stuff it was enough but I was not expecting to go out in a hurry to buy more of what I had already ordered. Dis you changed your cook or has a change in management? If you you should reconsider your food service and quantity for the money. Will order my event foods from other places...
