WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY!!!! Called on a Wednesday to place an order, was told it would not be possible because "la decoradora" was off and would not be able to make it, called back on Friday for Monday, was told again that she was off and would not be back until Monday afternoon, to call back on Monday. Called Monday afternoon and was told I had to place a larger order because "that's the way we do it" after explaining to the lady I had never be told that the previous times I had called she pushed for the larger order, when I told her I would not buy a larger order she "seemed" to give in and told me she would have part of the order on Tuesday and when I got there she would be able to sell me the other items "individually", so I accepted, placed my order and showed up this morning to find that she did not have the items that she had told me she would sell me individually, and tried to get me to purchase what she obviously thought I would fall for, half my order. She was the same person I had spoken to yesterday, she claimed to be the owner/manager of the store, if this is true I feel sorry for her customers. I have to sadly say that my cake was horeible. I have been a customer for over 18 yrs and never would i have expected to be so disatisfied. I placed an order for a rum cake with sweet and salty feosting and caramel drizel. When i went to pick up the cake no caramel. Had to come back for it. Still not what i asked for. When we cut the cake the frosting was not the right flavor could not even taste the caramel so lightly drizzeld. 2 inches of frosting on top small cake coveres in frosting to make the size. I paid 45.00 for a special order and was very disapointed. Very sad that the new administration would not continue the excelwnce i have always received from vicky bakery. Que feo que calidad tan pobre en mi orden. Also the staff kept teying to justify and make excuses as to why i could not have more caramel and that it could not have it sligjtly on the sides. Were getting upset because they did not respect my instructions specific instructions given at rime of order and again when inwaited an hour for them to add the caramel. A horrible situation an event to go to and not what we wanted. The new management is not as good as the old. Staff on the rude side. 8 hours ago Hello, This is my first time writing a review, I give 1 star, just because was the only way to get in to write the review, I was in this place on Saturday Sept 3rd, between 4:00-5:30ish, it was the worst experience, the young lady there it was terrible, I expended about $35.00, and one of the items on my list it was a cage con leche, the lady served it cold, she just turned in hand it to me, I told her, really nice , this coffee is cold, and she answered me, that is how we served, because some costumers complain that is to hot, and I ask can yo please make another that is a hot, she grab my coffee put in different container and turn the machine to the highest and make me a smoking hot café con leche, I’m really dissatisfied with my experience, I didn’t say anything to her, and left, I need to wait like three hours to be able to drink my coffee, I really hope that business owners of this location read this review, and talk to his employees, in few words, costumer service, the worst, I will never waist my time and...
